Cleary said in the presser that May was injured early and played on as long as he could.

He also mentioned that Nathan is unlikely to play the Storm - he'd be valuable in that game, but more handy at the end of the season.
Also said they won't rush him in because other players are out (May?).
He said he's going well and looking good, but they don't have a timeline on his return, and when he's ready they'll make that call.
Mentioned that they just need to be smart about that one...

Basically nothing concrete, but implies that Cleary won't be back this week at least, and no guarantees as to how soon it will be

Anyway, if anyone wants to listen for themselves, he talks about Cleary at ~4min 15s in the post match press conference.

So Burton could be back into the halves with May picking up an injury?

Id like to hold but i fear a acne break out in my team. Was already holding Moses, Fogarty, Wilton but now have to deal with SJ, AFB, Kelly? and possible Lodge if suspended? So Im royally screwed. Will be burning 2 for sure this week unless theres some really good news tlt

From that list my worries are Moses, Fog, Wilton and SJ. Didn’t know Lodge was looking at a suspension so add him to that list. Hoping for Fog and Moses to return and can sort something with the rest

So did Honeysett win the weekly? Awesome if he did.

Turpin and Paix battling injuries heading into this week. Might be the week to get big Kobe and hope he can hold down a spot for the run home

Might be playing Schuster and Burton in my halves this week with SJ now injured and if Cleary isn't named, Hynes is dropped and Moses is still out.

Also was listening to the game on the radio and one of the sideline reporters said Ash Taylor will not be at the club next year as Fogarty and Sexton are their long term half plans.

Didn't watch it live but how was Sexton? His fantasy points say he had a blinder?

Also didn't know this but Jordan Pereira is going to the Broncos next year?

This past round I considered trading SJ to DCE. Didn't think the 200k for the trade was worth it given I'm waiting for Cleary. Possible bad move.

Also considered getting Murray in but didn't and took Verrills 45. Only lost out on 16 points plus avoided a suspension. Good move.

Hoping Moses is back this week. If not I'll probably have to trade in a HLF or have Hynes fill in there. SJ is good for looping this week so I might not trade him out yet as I have okay depth.

Last season was an absolute disaster after I ran out of trades. I can't help but wonder if I'm actually playing too cautiously this year. Guess we can only wait and see.

Oh shit just realized Bird is probably out this week serving his weekend at Vaughnie's suspension. That could affect trade decisions too.

If Cleary isn't back this, I'm not sure that holding 550k in the bank is going to be the wisest move.

Could go SJ/AFB to any two players not named Cleary or McInness.

Does DCE/Turbo this week outscore my original plan of Cleary/Ponga next week?
