Did I read that he went and saw his parents? I mean, I get why he's dropped but he's 18 and went and saw mum and dad. He didn't go out on a bender, didn't perform TikTok videos or go camping and fishing.

Probably had family dinner, give him a week's rest and a slap on the wrist. Naughty boy and call it a day.

Reading over what reportedly happened now, I am changing my stance.

Apparently NRL had relaxed their rules so that players could visit family however they needed to get permission from the NRL to do so. Sounds like Bradman didn't understand the 'get permission' part and self-reported as soon as he realised he had not done so.

I'm really hoping the relaxed rules don't cause some players to think they can go and do what they want because that attitude will no doubt cause a rescheduling of games at some stage. I'm starting to feel like this will happen at some stage during the season.

As a Best and Cleary owner, I think Cleary should've been the one made an example of.

Pretty fucked up if they suspended Best for multiple weeks after visiting his parents compared to Cleary's actions only resulting in 2 weeks. Set a pretty piss-weak precedent there.

I don't think it's a suspension, more of a quarantine measure which would also exclude him from playing. Same result but different intention

Counted wrong, forgot to sub Katoa out so I only have 16.

Can use my bank and just go Paix to Pearce or Horse this week. Pearce seems like more of a long termer.

Have a look at the spud cows run around this week and upgrade Brailey next week (have a Bad feeling he might be hanging around for a while)

Yeah I mean, surely they could have tested him and give him the all clear. To sit him for a week just because he didn't get permission is a bit rough. He's self reported the day of and went and saw the parents. There's worse things that you could do.

He would have carved up that Cowboys right edge as well

Tolman was tested and cleared but still forced to isolate. Bit dumb imo. No one cared though because he is not fantasy relevant.

It's true. I was looking forward to that (as a Best owner, not so much the Cowboys fan part).

I dislike the term "not fantasy relevant" especially for someone like Tolman. If you play draft Tolman is certainly very relevant for whoever has him, and the same goes for a lot of players that wouldn't be touched in an overall comp.

Clearly the mod-leader is having his influence on my team.

Averillo and RFM are pencilled in.

Play should be for Talau this week shouldn’t it and Niu next week with predicted price rises? If cash doesn’t matter who has the better prospects? If both fail I’m probably fucked

Should be the play if you intend to get them both in

Just stuck on either Talau or Averillo right now
