Thanks Mulvy. Going off Andy’s post it’s my Friz vs everyone else’s Cardigan.

Interesting to see nobody in the top 10 owns Fotuaika if I've read that right.

    It's Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pre TLT I'm leaning towards DCE and Kapow this week. If Teddy puts himself out of reach next week I'll grab RTS and use the funds to turn Leilua into Lolo, try and get Teddy later if I don't run out of trades.

Crazy to think the absolute crap that Foxsports put out when this kind of content costs nothing to produce.

They used to run an hour long show similar to this a few times a week called NRL tactics
I think it doesn't appeal to the casuals too much so doesn't rate well. NRL.com also had a series that was run by Matt Elliott that was similar, but for some reason got scrapped

Great stuff. Looks like most of the top 10 all jumped onto Best and Mitchell and gun WFB. The spread on 2RF shows theres a lot of value to be found there.

yeah obviously struggles with ratings. I think the timings of those shows doesn't really help them.

Tbh I don't think standalone tactic shows are necessary, they should mix more of it in with shows like NRL360 though. Might start watching it again, if they did.

Yes outside of Tolo and Yeo with 7 each there's moves to be made and value to be found. Interestingly the top 3 are the 3 without Yeo, and the leader also does not have Tolo (Hess, RFM, harris, Katoa)

I'm thinking to getting rid of two failed cow red dots this week. It means holding Moses (and Twal still):

    Paix to new cow
Wiliame to Roosters lock (empty bank)

Surely some luck will even out...

Its crazy that the mainstream networks can't produce that sort of level of analysis.

Phil Gould can do a good job, but he's annoying for other reasons so I don't watch his stuff often.

Normally analysis is like "Thurston saw a gap so he ran into it" that basically anyone could do.
This sort of stuff just highlights how quick teams are to react to minor defensive errors from the opposition. Along with the Robinson video from the World Club Challenge where he was having a go at Cordner for having his feet pointing the wrong way, makes me appreciate how skilled and well drilled even average NRL players are

Think it's a bit early in the year to be basing moves off the top 10 for sure, although it provides a bit of insight into why they got there. Most have traded hard early(I'd be surprised if any have more than 10 trades left after this week), gotten lucky with injuries/try scorers and missed the dud cows

I think the eventual winner isn't sitting in the top 10 right now. Probably somewhere in the top 100, conserved a few trades while getting a bit unlucky with players that haven't exploded yet (players like Arrow, Murray, JTurbo, DCE rather than Matterson, Crichton, Yeo, Cleary)

I also think spending big on WFBs at their peak is a recipe for a sub par final 17. As an example I'm sure Taupau, RTS and a spare 600k is going to outscore Teddy and Haas the rest of the way. As an extreme example that's the difference between owning Paix and Cook

I think an hour a week is probably too long.

After a while you'd probably get bored of seeing endless variations of "player made a tackle was out of defensive line so they ran a play where he should have been"
Short videos or just integrated into regular coverage is where it would be best.
