Was panicking with Robson trade in but after reading here have decided to hold course. Even 45-50 rather than 50-55 is good enough

Well I have just found over the years you put plans in place with the idea that this could happen so if you panic it often ends up worse
Snap change to a differnt player, then the original scores well and you kick yourself
Very rarely do they pay off, so just reset your expectations and you will be fine
Worst case it goes to shit and costs you a trade
