Good fantasy player but he’s in the club with TPJ with one dumb move away from suspension which means you’d need good cover for when (not if) he gets suspended

McLean out this week may have impacted minutes also

    14 trades left pre-trade.  $193k bank.

JMK has been starting HLF alongside Cleary.  Luai & Fog as cover (both in 17 this week). I put JMK in res spot this week so I can trade to any position.

I'm just short of DCE, and in any event I'm thinking I'll wait for Moses to bottom out.

    Players I'm considering are:

Jurbo:   I currently have 2RF of Lolo, Arrow, Lucy.  No back up (I do have Katoa, and Carrigan is starting FRF - I have no FRF cover].  Jurbo is consistent but not especially exciting.

Murray:  Per above.  Yet to break a big score this year.  Looks like a 60min player only.  Bit more exciting to watch from fantasy perspective.

McCullough:  Likely to average same as Jurbo, Murray for $50k less.  But I do have Friend, Grant, Koro already.  Prefer Cook, McInnes but will unlikely be able to afford them any time soon, if it all.

Tapau:  Gives me both FRF and 2RF cover (due to Carrigan).  But I can get him cheaper next week.

Pearce: Could average near Jurbo for $60k less.

RFM: Better value than all of above and leaves $232 in bank to upgrade arrow or Lucy next week.  Main risk is JS.  I don't have similar candidates I could get next week (Butcher, Young)

L Croker:  Cash out & possible cashcow.  Leaves $490k to really do some damage next week.  [I do not have Haas, Cook, McInness].  Current cows are Fog, Biro, Talau, HTF, Luai

At this stage, I think it'll be RFM.

Sorry for long post - thanks for any thoughts.

i’d wait a week and get Taupau. i was in same boat and ended up grabbing MoFo yesterday when i saw the Titans bench. JTurbo might be the smart play but agree not very exciting, so i went for slightly higher risk/reward option...

I did not see the game last night. Do we reckon Lucy is in any doubt for next week after his concussion?

Wouldn't mind Ryan Hall if he was around 350k. Too expensive for a short term gamble I think

Head injuries are complex and can't be judged based on the actual tackle that caused it. We won't know any more until he starts going through phases of protocol

How many do you guys have playing today? I have 5 Ponga, Pearce, Latrell, Murray and Taupau.

I’m 12/776 which I feel isn’t too bad. My rank has dropped so far from 657 to 1536 so I’m hoping most have had 14 players play.

Hoping to make up the ground today.

Murray and Latrell for tries I reckon!

If he’s out I’ll still hold him and just bring Niu or B. Sironen into my 17 and take the hit.

L10 is so tight with only one win separating positions 2-13.

Would be the logical choice. With Hoffman/Bradley on the wing.

I've got 15 left with 14 players I'm happy to keep. Need to upgrade Young, Drinkwater, Farnworth to actual keepers

Possibility of some luxury trades (Friend>McInnes, Koroisau>Smith, Crichton>proper centre)

Would also like to get a decent 18th man, but Fogarty does the job for now

6 players for me today, all in the first match. Also had 6 players in the tigers v panthers last night, makes those two matches very key for my week but great to watch. Currently on 716 and dropped a lot but yeah imagine a lot teams only have 3 or so players to go

Chee Kam could also slot into the centres if they wanted to keep Talau on the wing.

Yeah, saw this a couple of days ago, great stuff. Never got much into Sevendust but saw them at Soundwave one year in between other sets and they seem to have great fans.

Was watching the clip for Fell On Black Days last night and can't believe it was shot over 25 years ago. I get goosebumps every time I hear the intro. Everything about this song and clip is brilliant.
