how good would it be for him to play a bit of centre, get dpp and then go back to the second row?

I want to wait a week, see how he goes, see what minutes he gets. If he goes great and Taupau goes around his average, there won't be a lot in the pricing. I do want a FRF though, so I can move Carrigan to bench for cover.
This is my big thing too. The smart move is to wait.

Can afford Ramien, but thinking saving cash and getting Roberts or Marsters...thoughts?? Or anyone I’ve missed??
Not sure if you already have him but Talau could be worth a look at a cheaper price. Still has a low BE and should average over 30. Niu also if you really want a punt on a basement price player.

Yeah I'm trading Rudolf next week to Thompson/Taupau/Sutton... whoever looks best
I'm thinking SCrichton to Thompson
Playing Talau over Crichton at the moment anyway, and have Niu/HTF as CTR/WFB cover
Would let me move Hudson Young into 18th man.

Anyone considering Kai O'Donnell at all? 228k so not badly priced. How many weeks do we think he'll be in the side. If he holds his spot it should be 4-5 until any injured players return right?

There currently in front of Peachey as well. At least a cheap cashout option bare minimum.Mulvy wrote:

I want to get Hoy in but I think he reverts to bench and Toa gets the wing spot

Surely Young is too much cash and money to be tied up into 18th man? Or is that only when you have rest of team set?Milchcow wrote:

Munster just atoning for 2016
Munster scored 99 one week, everyone traded him in - and he was then a late withdrawal the next week, before missing another 3 weeks.
I traded him in the week before , so I at least got his 99 as a score before he deserted us.

I can afford that, but I'd then be playing Niu at centre, who's your other centre?

With Hampton, O'Neill, Opacic, Hess, Dunn all possibly being able to end up in that spot would be very risky.

Mmm could be right, pity Star isn't available at centre.

Is Sutton worth the punt even being on the bench?
He did get named there last week before swapping but I worry that most of his mins were from Sia and Guler going down.
On the plus side though, Sticky has said he will play his middles for more mins, so hopefully Sutton can keep playing 50-55 mins.

If I traded Luke Thompson in this week, Young would be 18th man this week
Given injuries this year, having a solid 18th man is not something I am going to ignore
He's clearly not a final 17 team player, will be cashed out at some point. Ideal is probably Young + RFM to McInnes + cashout

Guler had been hanging around my team and was always next in line to go .... I'm reading 8-10 weeks out now so that's decided then

I have Latrell and Talau at CTR with Crichton and Niu as backup

Well, just that I'd have no cover for two fairly dodgy centres and lose loopability.

Suliau out (hamstring)... don't remember this. Lee could be a late in as Seve is balls.
