Panthers are the real deal and seem like they play the type of game that suits fantasy, for the most part.

The other concern I have with Angus is he locks out tonight, which also locks in my Wakeham trade. I'd kinda like to have the option to reverse that trade in the event, however unlikely, that Dean Pay bumps Wakeham to the bench or out of the team with final team lists, given I have no half cover.

Seriously though, I have my doubts, and he's not cheap, so I'm surprised so many are jumping on.
If defending middle and attacking edge, he has huge base, with a great chance of adding 1-2 tries each week. Roosters draw coming up is easy too, every chance he picks up some tries and goes huge.

    Stuck between my trades.

    A: Mann > Norman

    B: Mann/Leilua > Field/JFH (means playing Luai/Field at HLF)

I have a slight feeling you're going to be disappointed expecting Crichton to score 2 tries a week

The best consecutive try scoring record for 2RF was Gavin Cooper running off JT with 8 games in a row of which the previous record hadn't been topped in about 100 years

There's also every chance he has a career ending injury tonight (insert tongue in cheek emoji)

True, but who's to say in continues? Maybe it was just due to the match up that week. Or maybe just because Butcher doesn't normally start and Robbo wanted to ease him in. I don't know. And if Crichton's right edge role is so secure, then why is he the one being shunted to fill in for Cordner, when you could so easily put Maubs there? Am I over thinking it?

Crichton defended on the edge at the start of the game, was only after Butcher got wacked in the ribs that they swapped.

Or maybe the wack was just coincidental? Different tactic to me, if so.

Its bloody Robinson. Expecting the same thing week to week from him is a risk.

That said, I still think Crichton is a good buy. Won't be buying him myself.

Was planning to wait for Moses to come back and trade Fog to him to finalize my halfs but with him not coming back till r12/13 it's too long to go without a good half. So trading Fog to D.Brown this week. And if I can afford the trade later in the season I can upgrade him to Moses/DCE. Tbh tho hes been good enough to stick with.

Not saying he will score tries each week. Saying there is a decent chance that he scores tries in that roosters team, where he is a key focus of their attack and runs great lines. Has already had 2 doubles this season. A guy that can score 82 without a try and has the ability to score 1-2 tries on any given week has the ability to go huge, as well as the kind of base you want. Looking for him to average similar to the $900k+ options at a significant discount and be a great captain option too.
