Hey guys, what would you do with this current team? With Talau getting injured I now have to take htf's 9 unless I reverse my trade of SCrichton to DCE. Is it worth doing?

    10 trades 30k ITB

    Cook
    Haas Carrigan
    Lol Murray Matterson
    Cleary DCE
    Talau Niu
    Ponga Papa Williame

    Grant Koro Young Fogarty

    Luai O'Donnell Mitchell HTF

Yeah I agree. IMO he's still an above average NRL HB, it's not his fault he gets paid like an outstanding one. But the new combos appear to be working and he's not a bad hooker either.

Totally agree, I know it's inevitable but judging a players form by how much they are being paid is completely illogical. They sign long term deals based on potential and I would say most never reach that potential so he is not an island there.
It's a bit of a cop out to blame one player when ultimately selection and tactics come back to the coaching staff & the combination of the full roster has a big part to play in form and results.

.e.g. Foran could be the player he was five years ago but the dogs would still be shit.

Since everyone has been wondering (PM's have been going nuts), I've decided that if Fermor is shuffled to the forwards I'll bring him in for Paix and just roll with 16 but if not, I'll bring MCK in for Paix. He should go alright over the month Leilua is suspended. Everyone stop DMing me now.

    TALAKAI STARTING CENTRE FOR SHARKS!!!

    Ronaldo return delayed one week.

After that you imagine he returns to the bench, but given people have been bringing in all kinds of bench forwards with crappy output, he might be worth it. Pretty sure Magoulias is not coming back guys.

Averages close to 30 when starting at centre.

When he reverts back to bench he should still score low to mid 20’s. Won’t make much money but not the worst choice.

Too risky playing the break even game with Ponga? I can trade Moses to Ponga, but leaning towards Pearce instead and hoping Ponga's price falls. Or should I just get Ponga now and be done with it?

Any chance Nene Macdonald comes into the backline?

I think we will have a narrow victory. I think we have to much in the backs for them.

No Twal is a big out in the forwards for them too.

I still remember Chee Kam ripping us a new arsehole in the final seconds of the game last year (maybe year before). That wasn't a fun day.

Spencer Leniu has been elevated to the interchange for Zane Tetevano with Malakai Watene-Zelezniak also being culled from the squad 24 hours out from kick-off.
