While the former are all still making cash and the later losing cash, I'm still 370k short and will leave me with a Fermor/Farnworth tier 18th man. I'm going to need the cash making to continue over the next few weeks

Oh yeah not saying Robsons a trade just for future reference. Would rather have guys that are absolutely nailed on. Robson could be gone without warning at any time.

I don't think too many will end up with a great 18th man unless another legitimate cow turns up in the next few weeks and sticks.

I thought Drinkwater would make a reasonable 18th man, but reality is I won't be able to get the cash for upgrades from anywhere else, so Drinkwater will have to go.

Hoping Fermor starts this week but Stone was reasonable at 2nd row. Hipgrave may be out with a shoulder injury though..

Yeah I had loose plans for Drinkwater to be 18th man, but the numbers just didn't work

I think I'd rather a boom bust 18th man over someone that is dishing up 30 every week, so will consider Rapana/Aubbo at current prices

Option A:

Luai > Hunt

Option B:

Paix > Hunt
Averillo > someone under 275k (Sironen? Starling? Hetherington?)

Only advantage of option B is that I keep Luai as my 18th man (possibly 17th ahead of Joliffe?)

If I’m holding trades for a couple of weeks my ideal targets would be Moses and Tevaga in for Leilua and Butcher. Would roughly cost me 190k perhaps which is easily covered by Luai to a base price player

With no clear cut cows under 275k I'd go option 1 and look to move Paix later if needed

That's a tough one. I like option B to get rid of two red dots, but there's not really any great cashouts (pre TLT), so would lean towards A unless a better cash out pops up today. Then use that other trade to cash out Paix when someone better comes along.

Paix may be a red dot if you want to do some naughty stuff in the meantime, Broncos website said yesterday that Turpin "will be in the frame" to play.

Any Tauk love here atm. Been absent on the forum over the last week. Going pretty good at in 28th place so need a FRF so I can put Carrigan back on the bench for duel position cover. Missed the boat on MoFo and have my concerns anyway with Jollifee being another potential big minute/PPM beast.

I rate him this season and think he's a good pickup; better value than Tapau currently. Most people here are more looking at Hunt as possible better value but if you need the FRF go for him.

Hunt 51 tackles, 0 misses. Fair effort, be surprised if he can keep that up. 300+ kick metres out of dummy half.. expect that on the Dragons tip sheet from here on.

I reckon he's a good buy, can find a try, etc. Not sure he's a must have.

Fuck, been absent for a while. Weekend was looking like just hitting 900 than ended up over 1000, ranked at 122 so almost kicking the door down in the top 100.
5th in the Storm league and only 128 points in it. I feel pretty well placed to take a run at No 1 spot, although the guy at the top has Ponga, Teddy and RTS at the back.
Who's on the trade in list and who's on the out list this week fellas?

Didn't Brown only play the full 80 because Junior got injured after 20-30min. Didn't watch the game, could you fill me in if this is or is not the case?

Interesting to see how Moses scores are affected by an outstanding half pairing in Brown. This kid can command more of the ball with his attacking assets. I'm pulling the plug I a repurchase of Moses unless he becomes too enticing and a reduced price.

Yeah but Brown is a gun even if he plays 60. It won’t be his last 80 minute game for the season but he won’t do it regularly. His bigger concerns than minutes are judiciary matters and injury- but even then I think it’s vastly overblown compared to reality. I think he’s an excellent buy, I just can’t fit him in.

Yeah he has really stalled his price rises. I can’t do anything about him this week. Might look to upgrade him next round, which hurts after only owning him 2 weeks

Is J. Paulo a sell with his back spasms because he could play lower mins to manage the problem. Cheers.
