The main upside to trading Taupau to Starling for example is I can then flick Averillo or HTF for Hunt and my 14-17 isn’t too bad with Koro,Grant,Young and Luai

How does that work with the anti-vaxxers that were going to be a problem when playing in QLD

So likely centers out this week - Niu, Mitchell, Averillo, and Talau uncertain with his hammy, SMat with concussion issues, Graham, Staggs.

Add to that, after his 6, Best is 2nd most traded out this week and dropping in value if you need to keep him. Fui is benched and losing value.

If Niu is out, I need SMat to play this week to field 17.... or waste yet another trade on CTR, despite having 4 in my squad this week.

Screws Raiders totally. Papalii and Tapine are 2 of the 3 that havent been vaccinated, the other was Soliola.

I wouldn't be trading in another centre with injury history. I'd definitely wait for an update on Niu before panicking on a trade in

I think they’ll get an exemption when it comes to the crunch. It’s an NRL specific rule, not a QLD one. Cartwright has been able to play.

QLD government required it, not NRL. Why it is the only state it applies to.

On Covid, I think NSW has this cluster reasonably well controlled and NRL shouldnt be too worried. This was how post lockdown was supposed to be - you have an outbreak but through tracing and testing it’s under control. Vic and their nightclub bouncer security for hotels blunder has ensured all other states will not get complacent.

13 cases in NSW overnight from one place and we’re freaking out. Prior to mid-March there was 200ish in NSW per day and business as usual. We are all doing fine
