Nice team. I've got the same back five, Thompson instead of Mofo, Hunt instead of Cleary and Cook instead of Friend. You have better depth (and more trades I'm betting), should be in a position to charge towards the top. I like the Crichton to Tevaga trade and agree waiting a week on Robson to see what happens makes sense, and nothing besides that is urgent. Cook or Bateman could be a good shout for Robson. Ultimately RFM to Fifita could be a goer too.

Have you considered Crichton to JFH? Would give you plenty of flexibility with his DPP. I got Tevaga this week, but it was lineball between him and JFH.

Who should I be targeting moving forward? Need to be more careful with trades from here on.

Nothing too urgent but probably Joliffe to Taupau/mofo/twal/klemmer and then Carrigan to bench??

    Edit: or JFH

Going through my dose of weekly Fantasy and SC podcasts, there seems to be a similar vibe to this. As a Field owner and more importantly, fan of the Eels, I sure would hope and assume they're not messing around with this and if there's any doubt at all they'll rest him one last week. Guess we'll see though.

Not sure I'd want JFH after what will likely be his highest score of the season. Priced at a 56 average and that's about right for mine. Where as Tevaga averages 62 as a starting lock when he doesn't get injured

Would rather Tevaga for cheaper. He was hitting 60s at back end of last year playing lock. JFH looks to be a little bit under that.
Having DPP FRF doesn't help me out all that much.

Just at the 814k price tag wondering if I can jump to almost anyone else, or not recommended. If he switches to a 45 to 50 type. Given the trades at 10 and the injury climate do i just accept he is a keeper now.

Depends what you can do with the cash. At the cost of a trade going to Tevaga banks a fair chunk of cash, but potential is there for him to cop another injury and you will need to burn another trade

Most weeks I normally am pretty set on trades and have some sort of idea into what direction I am heading. Sitting at a rank of 93 I want to keep the momentum going and cement my spot inside the top 100 for the first time ever.

12 Trades and 92K in the bank. Team before trades sits at:

    Grant
    Haas Carrigan
    Matterson Lucy Lolo
    DCE Cleary
    Lomax Crichton
    Ponga Papy HTF

    Young Butcher Luai Farnsworth
    Niu Angus Fermor Koro

I can field a 17 this week, with no confidence; however, I feel if I sit on this I could fall behind where others are trading Angus to the likes of Cook, Tevaga, Hunt, Bateman and either gaining ground or putting a gap on me.

I have the same trade in targets as others: Asi, Sironen, Hunt, Tevaga… I think out of those Sironen is a must have (>300K, starting 2RF and the best JS)

Not sure what to do with Niu/Fermor neither have made enough cash to warrant a cash out and I don’t want to trade Young/Luai because they are playable green dots and still with the opportunity to make more money.

Then there is Angus – already down to 3.9% ownership before the weekend. So hoping he is only out for about 2 weeks could be a massive POD putting up BIG scores for the run home.

Any advice/thoughts/trade plans would be much appreciated.

Finding it hard to go past Teddy C. Cook was good C for me last week but Cleary 2nd behind Teddy slightly and Haas just safe pick

    Similar story here, Milchy.

    Grant
    Haas Mofo
    RFM Taumalolo Tevaga
    Hunt Cleary
    Crichton Aubbs
    Teddy Ponga

    Luai Koro Carrigan McCullough
    Niu Siro HTF Averillo

Thats post-trades if I go Friend to Tevaga which I am pretty keen for. Should see 10 points extra a week and another 2RF.
Niu too cheap to move on. Annoying that the Broncos play early most rounds so won't help with looping often.
RFM would be a luxury upgrade. A try every second week probably not sustainable but definitely holding for now.

    Leaves me with seven trades.

Without those two extra trades I would probably be sitting around 3000th. Currently around 500th. Still not happy they did it.

Having guys like Robson, Butcher and 200k in the bank makes a trade mighty tempting this week.

They could both score 20-50 though

interesting comments for Robson owners, no real clarity, but may be good for Robson.

    https://www.cowboys.com.au/news/2020/07/21/hannay-we-wont-be-rushing-him/

Asked about Cotter selection and role:

"I thought Reubs was one of our standouts, hooker is his best and probably preferred position, he's got the ability to be a running lock forward as well, he's not big in stature but he's one of our stronger players in the club, certainly can be an option as a running middle forward as well".
