Just curious about the history of fantasy

But my team still has some glaring issues, Young will need to be traded along with Robson if he plays those minutes again. Also with a weak 17th man that needs to be upgraded. How would you guys go about this team if you were in my shoes? Cheers lads, any help is greatly appreciated
Grant
Haas Mofo
Lolo Young Carrigan
DCE Cleary
Lomax Critta

I reckon CHN would be up there for largest one week gain. I seem to remember he wasn't in the game on his debut and he scored and then had massive -ve BE the next week
Not in the criteria you asked but my favourite random stat is Mbye going from 101 to -1 the week after

For people like this who need a better 17th man but have limited funds, I think Luke Thompson is worth considering.
He's not scoring at the level people were hoping for, but for $400k less than the big guns I think he'll give good value for money.
Don't think there is anyone else under $550k who can match his scoring consistently- -plus if anything his scoring should go up as he improves fitness. His job security is pretty much as good as it gets too.

Hahahaha such a quality stat and you hate to see it ytsbytsb wrote:
Guess when I brought him in that year?

Largest 1 week gain was this year (I think its Grant's $105k), but its a not a fair question, because salary cap increases mean that price rises grow (in absolute terms) every year.
Its not that long ago you could buy players for under $100k, and $500k was top tier gun.
What might be a better question is who had the largest rise relative to their value at the time, which is probably still Grant, maybe Payne Haas from last year (outside chance Cleary in his debut season)

I think you're on the money with your ideas mate. Young and Robson and probably Paix as well for next week when Luke is back (I think?) are your issues and potentially may want to find a cash out WFB/CTR if you can for cover if Niu is gone for some time.
If Hetherington scores OK starting this week you'd probably think about including him in your 17 next week. Trade Paix & Robson to your back-up WFB if that's a path you want to go down (the other option is play 16 for a week or trade when someone is out for a couple of weeks or more).

I’ll take a 55-60 score this week Aubbs including a try!

Cheers mate. Was also thinking of finding a way to get Sironen if he scores decent this week. Could be my 17th man so then I can upgrade Hudson Young to a near 700k player
Sorry it got muddled mate didn’t put it under the quote.KingTeddy wrote:
