Looking at our FOG overall league going into the round out of our top 20 these were the following captain choices:

    13 for Haas
    4 for Teddy
    1 for Cleary
    1 for Cam Smith
    1 for Ponga

Yeah me too. Looked alright after the game. They play Sunday next week so have a 9 day turn around. Should hopefully come good.
Didn’t he miss about 6 weeks or so in his last season at the Roosters with lingering effects from a HIA?
I wouldn’t be surprised if he misses multiple weeks again. It looked bad.

Bummer. Slotted McIntyre into my centres with the late mail news. After getting 30 between Talau/Niu last week, I'll take his 28. But fuck... would much rather have had Talau's 41 who is sitting there at the bottom of my EMG this week. Sad

I originally had Averillo in my starting centres and I still feel like he fires this weekend too. I'll take the cash if he does, but I'll miss riding every moment in the Dogs game.

Anyway, good win for the Eels. Some quality commentary on the forum tonight too, especially early in that game. Good gear.

Matterson HIA shit for owners and Eels fans (and the guy himself), but creates another interesting option for non-owners.

Loving these Brooks price drops too. Not mad-keen on him, but depending where his price goes, I could get real interested real quick.

I think it was after getting falconed too. That might have been the year before though. Definitely has his concerns though.

Part of the decision is who you are trading out to get Moses, Age whether they are gong up or down in price themselves.

I did something I've not done before, which was seriously considering the weather for my captaincy option.

I also captained Teddy because I'm hoping he plays just before the rain starts here on the Sunny Central Coast.

By all reports, Ponga will be playing in heavy rain on Sunday so I wasn't tempted.

Safe bet was definitely Haas this week, imo, if you consider the weather... but just really banking on Teddy beating the rain.

The Warriors are in all sorts Teeth which is understandable with what they’ve been through but tbh I think Teddy will still toy with them even in the rain.

Lol maybe if it rains we will play wet weather footy and actually hold the fkn ball rather than playing stupid and then Teddy can get more ball

Really surprised Cook and Cleary are so low.

Yes, it's hard to take it off Haas but he'll be spending at least 15 minutes under his own posts waiting for goal kicks before you even think about interchanges.

Just had a quick look, out of curiosity, at McIntyre's runs tonight, as I felt like he was never a part of the game bar his tackling. And sure enough, his run metres in a lot less minutes are usually a lot more than tonight. In fact, he played 7min in one game (before HIA) and ran 32m. Tonight he played 65min and ran 22m. Yuck. I wonder why he was avoided so heavily.

Sorry for the bore, just a bitter Talau/McIntyre owner who played McIntyre in his 17 this week. Balls.

I'm quite sure given Mc was starting, every single person here would have chosen to play him over Talau if they had both. You really can't get upset with yourself on this one.

    No, I can't.

    But I will. Wink

Even more so when Averillo puts on 48.
