Even with teams uncertain at this stage what are people's top 5 predicted benefactors of interchange change?

More 80minute 2nd rowers and hookers.
I doubt that prop rotation will change at all!

Obviously one of the CTR/WFB cows could help you out and do a Soliola/Bird, but question is what's the minimum of your final 17 you need in your starting squad to avoid overtrading ?
Last years winner (PGC) only had two of their starting players in their final 17 (Parker &Teddy). Also started and finished with Gallen but traded him out and then in for the origin period.
Wow, that's actually a pretty amazing stat.

Don't think so personally. I wish because he'll be in my team if he did. The cowboys were only using 7-8 interchanges in a normal game and that's including the hooker relief. If it ain't broke im sure they wont fix it you know

Bigger minutes no. Bigger workload maybe. As well as Taumalolo having had another year to grow his game into more than just a one man wrecking ball it is also a year older for Matt Scott. With Origin commitments expected, it isn't hard to see him being given a bit more rest or at least less put on his shoulders as the Cowboys try and keep him up and running the best for finals time. The bench isn't that great compared to others in terms of impact ball runners so I can see Taumalolo getting more work up the middle and maybe even slotting into prop every so often to ease the workload on his captain

His surgery was a success (same surgery as Tamou I think) so he has gained a fair amount of strength back. I dont see Matt Scott minutes or workload changing whatsoever.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 3
OK now have a solid 17 that needs little playing with until the surprise cash cows and trial injuries start to get into it.
Happy with it for now but open to people to start heaping on the doubts
HOK: Granville & J.Nikorama
FRF: Surgess, Ah Mau, Trbojevic & Packer
2RF: Mannering Parker Rochow Moeroa Edwards & Chee Kam
HLF: Reynolds Hastings Taylor & Martin
CTR: Lyon, Simona, Benry & Auvaá
WFB: Gordon Slater Mamo, Gutherson & Phillips
Some Notes:
Moeroa was playing injured all of last year. This year he is training up the middle and Wicks is carrying some injuries. Should get around 50 minutes in the Front Row and see a price rise
Edwards will take on Watmoughs role at the eels as the starting lock and is priced quite low, with Watmough to play reduced minutes from the bench (to prolong career and provide leadership for the other young forwards)
Slater has a discount and is undervalued at the moment. Can be used as an upgrade to a bigger gun later in the season. Only played 7 games last year
Anyone want to critique

I think m bye will see more upside than Reynolds. Goal kicking will likely be his, and he has a cooler head so likely to be the controlling one imho
Lots of Love for J.Reynolds over M'Bye, I think they're both underpriced (a little). I just thought I'd double check to see if either of them was going to be the dominant kicker, so the following is the summary of the games where they both played 80 minutes in the halves together:
Round 11:
Reynolds: 80 mins, 10 kicks, 345m
M'Bye: 80 mins, 10 kicks, 347m
Round 14:
Reynolds: 80 mins, 9 kicks, 213m
M'Bye: 80 mins, 6 kicks, 152m
Round 15:
Reynolds: 80 mins, 10 kicks, 280m
M'Bye: 80 mins, 12 kicks, 300m
Round 18:
Reynolds: 80 mins, 12 kicks, 326m
M'Bye: 80 mins, 6 kicks, 193m
Round 26:
Reynolds: 80 mins, 9 kicks, 320m
M'Bye: 80 mins, 2 kicks, 81m
Lots of games where they both kicked more metres than Hodgko as well when either of them was playing without the other which suprised me a bit. M'Bye played some in the centres and Reynolds got a few low minute games off the bench. If M'Bye takes over the goal kicking then I see them as very similar scoring and underpriced a little, but probably not a huge amount? Thoughts or am I missing something???

I see it a bit like what Benett does with his origin guys at the Broncos. No reason for Taumalolo to have his workload go down but has a decent chance of it increasing with 2 origin front rowers who are so critical to the Cowboys success and Scott having played a fair amount of rep games in the past few seasons that they may ease off on their minutes and workload come origin time so they don't burn them out.

Did their minutes decrease during the origin period last year? I wouldnt be surprised if they did.Beast From The Big East wrote:
