Thoughts on captains? I've got a 4 man shortlist atm.

    * Grant - Could carve up the Warriors but runs the risk of not playing 80

    * Cleary - Has Manly who aren't bad but even in tough games scores pretty well

    * Teddy - Has the Titans but they looked half decent last week and probably won't get blasted off the park

    * Haas - Safe and dependable but I want to zag, plus the Sharks will probably give the Broncos a hiding.

Sione was my own fault. A risk I shouldn’t have taken but didn’t see it going quite this badly!

Won’t hear a bad word spoken about Mann though. What a legend

Got to get rid of McCullough. Was thinking Lolo (leaves 287k itb) is probably better value than cook (leaves 180k itb) or just go for the better scorer in cook and look at Lolo/ Bateman/ Twal this week?

    Grant
    Haas MoFo
    Jazz Carrigan RFM
    Cleary Hunt
    Lomax Talau
    Pap Ted Ponga
    Johnson Starling Luai (Lolo/cook/other)
    Api HTF Avo Niu

Will go Luai to Moses next week and maybe Api upgrade if still out with starling to 18th man. Thoughts appreciated, I’m going round in circles. 6 trades left before this one.

Bringing in Taupau nets me 62k and at least I reduce the chances of being torpedoed with a sub 40 score. I know it’s possible but at least I can be more certain

I’m tossing the armband to McInnes- going to bust a gut back in his favoured position and grudge match against the Rabbits. Locking him in for a banner. If I didn’t have him though I’d be taking a punt on Grant. Will not have a quiet one trying to impress the Storm as a job audition for his role there next year.

Lolo for sure in your case. Gets Carrigan to bench to cover FRF/2RF (which you have none of) and leaves money for upgrades which you may still need (Luai, RFM potentially)

If I had McInnes I'd be all over that. I'm still leaning Teddy because it's fun to captain him, but Grant does seem juicy.

Yep i'll be captaining Mcinnes this week. Will be excited to play his old team and he is basically guaranteed 60 points. Bought him this week btw lol.

Taking the captaincy off Teddy at home against the Titans mightn't be wise but I am this week. Whilst he's had two good scores as my captain (the last two), McInnes at 9 and a guaranteed 80 mins this week is hard to pass up, will probably go 70 this week.

Cook or CS9 captain for me this week, first time taking it off Haas. Leaning to Cook

Tbh this is the main reason I'm still captaining him. I've backed him in twice, and if I took it off him and he got a banner, I'd be so filthy with myself

I know, I know, 2rfs play 80, but does Sironen play 80 with a four forward bench?

I'm fine taking it off him, he hasn't looked like exploding the last couple of games tbh. The Roosters are missing a few players and not exactly in scintillating form right now.

Highly doubt it and I'm an owner. I was expecting him to play 50 mins when I bought him last week. Lowe was in that position beforehand and got subbed off most weeks. I'm hoping he gets 60 mins.

I think it depends on where he defends. If he defends in the middle I suspect he'll play 50-60, but if he's defending 3 in I'd expect him to play the 80.

What's the consensus on Tevaga? With his BE not likely to get cheaper than now.
