Tolman looks so good when he gets 65+ minutes. It’s just the 50 min games I’m scared of. Although since Paye has been gone he seems to be scoring well. Anyone jumping on?

Olam makes great contact but positionally he is poor, Seve worse. Brenko is a decent player but can’t stay injury free. Not sure Bellyache was impressed with Momo defensively either hence the wing shift when he was fit.

Hynes feels like one of those players I bring in won’t play past this weekend, if I leave him will go bananas this week then cop a spot in team and run with it haha

Liverpool_Bulldog wrote:Question with Hynes is do you trade him in this week and play him over HTF and hope he scores a hatty against the Bulldogs. Of course the cover is nice.

    7 trades and strongly considering

Tolman still amazes me with his scoring for a nrl senior but he's starting on the bench so can't see 65+ mins. Mind you with Ogden starting maybe Tolman does play big mins. Tolman won't like getting dropped to the bench so maybe that inspiration alone will drive him to have a big one.

Hoping to hear some good news about Harry, hoping best is only 2-3 weeks away (hold) and hoping Matto returns next week (some chat from the Eels confirming would be nice). Otherwise I'm looking at a Matto/Best trade to Fifi/Ponga which would leave me with 3 trades.

I'm for sure gunna run out haha. It's been a great learning curve this season!
I think Matterson is hopeful, given he has been out 2 weeks already, with a really bad history of concussions, including multiple weeks a couple of years ago, and left his last club partly because they tried to rush him back from concussion. Wouldn't expect him back in a hurry.

Couple of new posts on the NRL site.

Doesn't sound promising for Best and looks like Starling could find another gear with Baptiste hanging around.

So lads. McIntyre hey. Looking like the best value for money as Best replacement. Can he maintain a spot on the team for the rest of the year tho?

He looks like he's safe in the 17, whether or not he starts next week is another question. Madge isn't exactly picking and sticking at the moment.

Looks the only centre with real upside for that price unless you go Hampton. I'd really like your opinion on my team if possible.

Someone asked about Grant before. Benji Marshall came out saying he will only be this week. Apparently could have played this week but wanted to rest it to be sure it didn’t turn into anything greater

Robbo has come out and said Flanagan was dropped, very harsh if true

Norman has to go so that’s an easy trade to go ahead with, Moses the main target there

Looks like holding trades will be vitally important so wondering if there is any merit in holding Butcher this week and reassessing at end of the round. Had originally planned to get Lolo/Bateman.

Any thoughts on being a bit more cautious?

No clue what to do still. Pretty sure no matter what I can't field 17 this week.

I am sitting 87th overall and 4th in the Storm league so don't want to lose too much ground this week. I am fairly sure I can only field 16... My team is below. Does someone wanna check and make sure there is no possible way I can field 17? unless Randall comes in.

I would just hold man. Maybe sell Matto for Bateman or Dfifi if you are desperate. Your WFB is vomit inducing though

1st trade sounds good, G.Williams around the same price point with probably the better base stats and now has Bateman outside him.

I would hold Butcher, Robbo is on a roll this last fortnight.. wouldn't be surprised if the chooks don't run out as named tomorrow (ie. Butcher to Lock for Liu or 2RF with Sitili to bench). I know the whole missing points but I think that extra trade is almost better than the points at this time.

What are peoples thoughts on Staggs are a centre replacement for Best?

My issue is that it means I'd have Crichton has my 3rd WFB but he's in my centres anyway so not much difference I guess.

Averillo and HTF my back ups.
