No bank but 6 trades to double trade the likes of Lucy/Young to a cashie and Bateman.  Plenty of depth too when more players like Ted get a rest.

Yeah I think the Broncos have a good chance to beat Souths tonight...Turpin, Staggs & D. Fifita back in the the pack & Lodge has been cleared to return so could be a late inclusion. Flegler has returned to form & is playing like he was before round 3. Even though Milford is out imo it's not that much of a loss because he hasn't really been leading the team around.

Who knows if our game even goes ahead tomorrow night, Wayne has just been at training mingling with all the players and staff who probs need Covid tests now.

You can pack your bags and go now as far as I’m concerned Wayne you Muppet.

Yes bennett never been one to create a distraction before a big game Laughing lol!

Not without its risks, but I like it. Think on an average week Lomax (45-50) to Mitchell (35-45) is maybe a 10-15 point downgrade, but playing Ponga (~60) over Young (40-50) makes that up, and gives the security of a solid 18th man + quality WFB cover without having to resort to HTF like most of us.

That'd be quite the accomplishment considering they're playing tomorrow night.

I'm not sure if I'll pull the trigger, but I really like the looks of it.  Still might be tempted to go Aubbs instead or someone even cheaper than Mitchell. We know Mitchell can go big on his day too.

Yeah it's very irresponsible by Bennett & it's very disappointing because you would never think he'd do something like this. He must of been using the brain that's not in his head.

Isn't Aubs playing ctr tonight (double checks the days) so why buy him.

I was also torn until I checked out the BEs (Bateman 71, Fifita 53). It looks less likely that Bateman's price will get away from us after one week.

    D. Fifita in for me this week with Bateman on the cards for next - but as I've said before .... if you want to give God a laugh - tell him your plans.

Edit: .... of course, if your decision is because you can only get one of them then that didn't help! I would probably go Bateman in that case - maybe scratch

Think I'm going to just bank the trade. Since I can't decide.

Surely you'd let Aubs play his preferred position in his 300th. Although pushing him to centre would be fitting in a way.

I’m toying with the same idea. I already have Aubbs and Talau so I’m looking at McIntyre which frees up 277k.

Munster or DCE? Munster lets me 1 trade to likes of Ponga next week with 5 trades left and could possibly get DCE down the line

Dragons forward Paul Vaughn under investigation for breaking the NRL bubble. He confirmed he ate breakfast at an Illawarra cafe today. Suggestions he used another name to sign in. Likely to be stood down from game tonight.

With C. Smith & Pappy out imo Munster will probably match DCE this round with the added gk bonus. And if Smith is indeed out for 2-3 weeks then Munster will be the main man. I would lean towards getting Munster if it allows you to get Ponga with 1 trade next week as with Green joining the Knights then Ponga could benefit & become a must have & match DCE going forward.
