Depends if you have many trades left to make use of the cash. If you don't I'd be shopping in the premium section (Bateman, Taumalolo, Cook etc)

Cook vs McInnes is actually a decision I might stew on.
Interesting that Cook is in 48% of teams in top 100, Mcinnes 31%
