Weird situation for me now where HTF scoring low today would really help, despite the fact I own him

Thought I had a strong team going into the round but few duds and injuries have hurt

728 with Moses, SJ, Mofo, Taumalolo to come seems around par

Shout outs to Siro (26), Murray (45), Croker (15) and Munster (42)

Munster was flying until injury, score could have been absolutely anything

Two final points heading into the final games

    - Did anyone else go a little halves crazy? I've ended up with Cleary, DCE, Munster, Moses and SJ in my best 17 Embarassed

    - Trading in a bench hooker(Starling) was a poor fantasy play and it was luck not good management that he scored well the first 3 weeks. I can count on one hand the number of games I've seen in my ~15 years of fantasy where the bench hooker plays more minutes than the starter. Once Bateman (and CHN) were fit the rotation was going to shake out differently and Havili would no longer be required as a middle

I hope he serves up another single digit special, traded him for Moses

787/13c Lolo, Mofo, Fogarty, Hammer to go.

Not going to get 1000 unless a couple go massive

902 with just Mofo to go. Not terrible but looks like some good scores around here considering the injury carnage

813 with Lolo, MoFo and Hammer to play today, probably par-ish.

Weird week for me, a lot of low scores (Teddy, Siro, Pearce, Aloiai, Carrigan, Young) balanced out by some high ones.

Funny how after umming and ahhing about captaining Cleary or Haas they scored the same.

804 with Lolo,SJ and HTF. Considering that includes Avo,Siro,Teddy and Cook and Carrigan going under par I guess I can’t be too unhappy

Pearce picked a bad week to pull out 7 missed tackles with green arriving. Will have to wait for a cow to mature to upgrade him I’d imagine or gamble without legit halves cover

Only just watching the knights game now. Bit harsh for Pearce to not get a TA for the Herman try? Herman best a few guys but was right in the line when he caught it which they pay 99/100

    Swings and roundabouts I guess

That looks a great score this week mate

I’m 797 with mofo, lolo, Moses and the hammer so likely 950 and whatever the hammer feels like giving me between 8-50 (watch him get 7 now)

Isn't this whole season pretty much more luck based than any other season - basically just who can avoid injuries, I would say 70% luck, 30% good management this year

e.g Leilua to Crichton move I made a few weeks ago looked like clear upgrade, Crichton gets injured first game and then Leilua averages nearly 70 since I sold him

Mate tbf most seasons feel like this. Feels horrible and unlucky while you're going through it, especially when injuries strike to fantasy relevant players.

898 with Lolo to come. Playing with 16 this week. Havili and cotric need to go next week for a cheap wfb/ctr and underpriced brooks/arey type.

729/13 (C not played yet). With alittle luck i could pull 1000 out this week.
    T-Molo [60(120)] (c), HTF [20], Moses [60] & MoFo [50] to come. [979 if my guesses are correct]

Anyone know how to find out your rank after a particular round? Meant to make a note of my ranking before this round started but can only seem to find my current live rank...

As NRL Physio posted a few weeks ago, the injury tally is actually lower than previous seasons so I would say it's good management(having a full 21) rather than luck that is driving this season

I'd argue trading in Crichton at that time was a bad move. He had one game with bigger than average tackle count because Butcher copped a shot in the nuts and had to defend wider.

While it was still an upgrade, trading him in at 830k instead of Murray or JTurbo at 750k was a mistake regardless. Can't predict that Crichton would get injured of course but I think the gap from Leilua to Crichton(even without hindsight) wasn't as big an upgrade as some thought. I only got rid of Leilua because of the injury cloud, but prior to that he was a 50+ averaging second rower in his career and nothing we saw early days proved different

Why didn’t you write that yesterday morning.... Very Happy

I think I need to revert to a checklist before doing any trade. Stupid to trade Lucy yesterday.
