And will probably change again within a couple of weeks, but he's 6 so has an excuse.

He loves his fantasy though , as soon as a game kicks off he goes online to look at my nearlysport comp to have a look at which players are in the game for each team in the league, and does his own manual updates every time a try is scored.

Does he complain about missing TBs

If so, he's on the right track Razz

Depends on the reason that people supported teams. When NRL was first screened in NZ many supported Manly, they had a kiwi coach in Graham Lowe and Matthew Ridge and the Iro brothers playing there. Later NZ got their own team in the comp.

I support 2 teams. The Bulldogs were my 1st team because blue is my favourite colour & when the Warriors joined they were my 2nd team.

Luke Keary was discharged from hospital early this morning with a broken rib, thankfully cleared of any internal injuries. Fantastic news given concerns post match last night, such a relief. Broken rib requires time for healing, most able to return in 3-5 weeks

    That's from the nrl physio

I was a kid living in Brisbane but supporting Souths in the 90s.
I would watch them lose on the television, I would hear them lose on the radio. The only time I would see them play they would get thumped 50-0 by the Broncos. Every year. Grown adults at Lang Park would delight in teasing a six year old kid about their magnificent victory, their words were not kind, their syntax even more appalling. My support has been forged in a fire or pain and tribulation. It is limitless. I will swaddle my child in cardinal and myrtle, just has I had been. The cult will grow stronger with more sacrifices. Butcher doing the goods. Wonder if he will be named at 11/12 next week or possibly at 13.

Making it really hard to sell. Thinking of just going Young > Fifita this week and holding the other. Would leave me 5 trades and 2 away from final team.

Tedesco will be around 735K next week... to hard to pass up considering I thought about grabbing him at 900+. Looking back I can't believe he was 685K at one point last year (went on to average 66.9 from that point on, including scores of 81,82,93,92,75,76... that is insane)

Not that I'd actually ever wish Eels supportership on anyone...

My grandmother lived in Parramatta and we used to travel up a lot for holidays from Canberra so Eels have been my team for decades. Lots of fandom moments seeing Sterlo and Pricey at the local mall on numerous occasions as a wee tucker.

Raiders came onboard in the 80s so they have a special place in my heart as well.

Butcher at 1.7% is one of my PODs. Brought him in R8 with the 4 trades (Cleary, Niu, Young, Butcher)... averaged 51.5 since. Might have to hold a couple more weeks to let him bridge the gap between himself and Matterson/Bateman.

Is Butcher still going to be getting minutes ok when Cordner and Crichton are back though? Would be good to be able to keep him but someone mentioned this earlier in the week. He may be an expensive bench forward to be stuck with?

My dad is a ride or die. We were told if we do not support the Storm or the Pies we will not be in the Will. Lucky when I was younger both teams were performing quite well. (Storm prems 1999, Magpies prems 2010, and all the grand final appearances in between) Then Storm also had the run through the mid 2000's, but my dad is just a fanatic! His house has no wall space inside or outside because it is covered in memorabilia. I love my Storm and I love my Magpies. It is because of my dad I have an above average knowledge of nearly every mainstream sport you can think of. We can sit there for hours just talking sport. Being from Melbourne it is pretty much bred in us to love sport and fans are so fanatical in Victoria... so that's where we get it from.

Apparently Cordner still a few weeks away, Robbo wants to give him as much time as possible to get over his HIA dramas and some say Crichton still in knee brace and a few weeks out too. Plus he started at lock last night pushing Liu to the forward rotations. Maybe it'll be regular?

Not worried about being stuck with him. He will always be in my trade out plans just depends whether its next week or in 2/3 weeks time.
