Are we sure Niko gets the majority of kick metres?

CHT does kick a fair bit, on average when playing with Green he averages more than Niko.

Or do they just share the load making neither amazing options

Honestly... where does this shit come from?

In this case would you guys play HTF over Siro if this is confirmed prior to kickoff? Way I see it is they may score more or less the same with Siro's less mins and HTF playing 80, but there is the chance HTF snags a try or two and goes boom again

That's funny cuz it's true lol wasn't me who down voted but I was born in Auckland and lived there a large proportion of my life. I get razzed on every time the Crusaders win (which is always) but it's been so long I'm used to it 😂

Was a Harbour supporter growing up and had a few school mates play for them. Always hated the Auckland Rugby team and tried to consider myself not an Aucklander because I was from the other side of the bridge. Laughing

    (downvote wasn't me btw!)

Its like how some NZers are raised to hate Australia. I hated South Africa and England in sport (largely due to their union players) far more than I ever had anything against Aus.

It’s what you would like to happen but rarely ever does.

Grew up in Manchester, half the family were blue the other half red - Dad was a City fan so that was me.

Moved to Australia (Gold Coast) 4 years ago, knew nothing about the NRL - never even heard of Cam Smith. Missus is from Brisbane and they are all Broncos fans (pre Titans era). I don't really have a team as such but would probably go Storm if push came to shove.

.... but very definitely a Queenslander!

When I was in the navy Frano Botica was our kicking coach who is a bit of a legend there
Been to the stadium and spent a bit of the time Around there, prefer it to the other side haha
Being in Devonport that put me on the right side of the bridge I guess

Thanks mate. I don't believe the Siro news but a better scorer in Fui probably more useful for depth backup.

Love the North Harbour stadium. Watched a number of Harbour games there and chiefs vs blues games, all blacks games and an ANZAC clash of the kiwis against the Aussies.
Used to live a short walk from it too so that definitely helped in my mid 20s haha.

Mate, chances are I probably ran into you at Devonport at some stage haha. What was the pub on the corner that all the navy lads went to? Forget the name of it.

just read through the last few pages and figure I should explain why I switched teams. Those of you who use Reddit probably already know this.

I started watching league in 2010, when I was 12 years old, and since my dad was a huge Dragons fan, and I watched most games with him, it made sense to go for them. This remained the case for the next few years, with a couple years hiatus in the middle (lived overseas in a timezone that made watching games really hard). Also, my mum was (and still is) a Storm fan when she does watch league (though she is more of an AFL fan, specifically Essendon).

Fast forward to 2017, and things were pretty different. We had moved to Melbourne, my dad had passed away in late 2016, and on the footy side of things it became very apparent that the Dragons were a rotten club to the core (and they still are but Mary gone is a good sign now) and I just got sick of supporting a club that seemed to be run so poorly, while I could just support my local team, go to all their games instead of just one a year and be able to have confidence that my team was being run by professionals instead of amateurs.

Add that to the fact that half my family is from Melbourne (basically all of my mum's side lives there, plus one of my aunties on my dad's side) and the fact that I am actually from Melbourne and was born there, and supporting the Melbourne team seemed like a no-brainer to me.

Judge me for switching if you like, I've heard it all before, just figured I'd give some context to it all
