Bugger, while I am out of the L10 league then. Didn't deserve to make it after the start I had to the year but I thought I could scrap in. Guess my work league and the top 1000 are the things to shoot for now.

JFH good for a 50 average with some ups and downs. Nathan Brown would be 18th man but get a run most weeks with injuries/suspensions

I would do the same two but grab Klemmer and Moses. Same as above that injuries would mean they both feature at some point during the run in

Anyone watching big Papa over the weekend? See his minutes dropped off a bit against the Broncs. Think they were just giving him a rest in a blowout?

Would you play HTF until Haas back and keep 3 trades or use another and do something like Hethrington to cheap cashout like Hopoate if named in 13.

Probably best just to take HTF score right?

It all depends on the length of the ban

Depends on how long Haas is out for. If it's 3 games that is a dark prospect

    6 games to go

    3 x Hammer = 60 points (generous 20 point average) + 3 x Haas (70 average) = 210 points = 270 points
    6 x Klemmer (55 average) = 330 points

2 games makes it probably not worth trading

    2x Hammer = 40 points + 4x Haas = 280 points = 320 points

Either way I wouldn't mess around with trading a nuffie(Hetherington) to another nuffie(Hopoate) since whoever you grab is likely to average similar to Hammer

if its 3 week ban, and HTF scores under 20 for those weeks, and you can trade Haas to someone scoring 60+. Then that is about as good a trade as you'll make

2 trades more of a toss up.

If he gets a downgrade to 1 week I'd just hold.

Has their been an indication on if he's fighting it or not?

With the Broncos season gone, I'd be tempted to just take the guilty plea if I were Haas.

With the season over the best long term move is probably trying to avoid carry over points and future loading

I'd be fighting the charge to try and get the downgrade

ATM I'm just going Aubo>Barnett with 3 trades left. Need this trade to have 17 including HTF.

Barnett seems best value for 642k or less and already had my sights on him half way through Knights game.

    Anyone I'm overlooking?

Shortlist is G Williams, Barnett, MoFo, ARey and Friend if he keeps playing 80.

Position irrelevant, though 2RF would be a bonus.

ARay looks the best of that list

I'm jumping on the Peach Train.

Looks like he's slightly over priced for his average in his current role but every chance he busts out a couple of big scores in the next few weeks and might be relied on a bit more with no Proctor or Arrow.

Probably have to wait and see what happens with Haas. If he is a trade out it gives an extra 150k to play with which gets you to DFifita/Matterson tier of scorers

EDIT: Going down to 1 trade is probably a no go this far out. Might be stuck playing Hammer

Is Pearce a trade out at this point? Hasn't been putting up numbers since Green took over most of the kicking

Bloody hell MoFo and Murray lose 2 points each overnight and I lose the eliminator by 1 point No

Not a good fantasy round for me. Scored 947 only and dropped from rank of 335 to 450.

I want to sell Pearce to Moses but I have both Aubbs and Siro injured.

I think I wanna go Aubbs to Dearden. Not sure on the other trade yet. If Haas is out and I go Moses in for Pearce I’d have to play Hammer in my 17, or I can trade Siro to someone as my 18th man to play this week with Haas out and I’ve got around 195k spare.

Any other thoughts lads on what I can do? 6 trades left.

    Team is:

    Hunt
    Haas MoFo
    Murray Taumalolo Yeo
    Cleary Pearce
    Latrell S. Crichton
    Teddy Ponga Pap

    Carrigan Lucy Taupau Sironen
    Aubbs Hammer Randall Niu

Oh and if Taupau is out again I’m fucked!

Did some Haas sums this morning. I think this is a pretty decent rough guide (although open to critiques). It could but definitely won't save 40 pages of Haas discussion.

I haven't factored in running 16 if you don't trade someone in because of no FRF coverage

    If Haas is suspended for...

1 week - should hold unless you've got luxury trades available to sell him and then buy him straight back (9+ ??)

2 weeks - should hold unless above OR maybe also if you have enough trades to get two cut price guns for Haas/cow e.g. I would do Haas/Aubs for the two 700k players, if I had 6-8 trades left before the move, maybe even with 5 and a stable team... I don't have these things. Also would need to be careful with bench cover.

    3 weeks - sell

    Haha yes

1-2 trades might be interesting too. I think once I reached a scenario that worked for me with 4 trades, I didn't consider those less fortunate.

Not so much kicking but missed tackles honestly. Yes I’d trade if able too

Got no money so Siro to Fermor looks a decent play if Proctor is rubbed out. Want to only use the one trade. Hopefully Haas isn't anymore then 2 weeks.
