Poor bloke, that’s tragic.EJ24 wrote:Not sure if it's been mentioned but Payne Haas's brother sadly passed away.

I'd say Bateman will easily be the biggest POD among proven guns for the run home. Hardly any ownership in top teams at the moment, and probably not a huge amount of trade ins this week either.

I’m holding, but only because I have a decent replacement in Starling or Fermor.StormTrooper96 wrote:Who here is still in the trade Haas out crew and who is in the hold Haas?
Rabbits21 wrote:Matterson currently 8% ownership and Tohu 4.5% ownership.
For those bringing in Barnett as well currently he has 1.2% ownership.

Do you plan to bring him back in?

Using ownership as factor to buy can be backwards thinking as high ownership players are high owned for a reason most of the time
Depends whether you want to protect rank or risk it to get higher but have possibility of falling lower
Weirdly when I have a POD like Bateman I feel less inclined to captain them as if they fail you're compounding captain fail (happened with Munster C v Titans last year & Crichton C this year to extent)

I really like it mate. I do not think you’ll be staying around that 3000 mark rank for much longer. Yep defs punt time.
Such a gun back row and halves are great as well. Nothing at all wrong anywhere else in your starting 13.
Love interchange as well as cover for key positions with Jazz and Reynolds there and wow Jake Turbo on the bench as well is a luxury also a gun.
JFH is a boom bust kinda player I have brought him in as well mate he could scores mid 30’s but can also bust out 70. Starling as 18th man is very good as well and Hammer as cover 19th man for WFB.
If you can’t get Haas back in oh well, hopefully you make big ground the next 2 weeks and then hope the strength of your side stands up even once Haas is back and you can’t get him.
All the best mate keep us informed with your progress this week hope you smash it.

Personally I think points provided is a little more important than ownership.

Outside chance I cop no injuries over the next 3 weeks and get to grab him for the last 3, but I doubt that happens
