I have moved up four places to an amazing 1542. Sitting on 741 points with five more to come. D. Cherry-Evans, M. Taupau, H. Young, R. Papenhyuzen, and T. Starling. Would love to get to 950 this week but will be forced to make trades next week.

Carrying Latrell, Talua and Yeo into next week will hurt but I have 4 trades and $146K. Also have Averillo kicking around as well.

Warriors under Payten are 4 wins from 5 games, and were competitive in their only loss to Panthers, losing 18-12 when they are blowing most teams away. Looking like a Supercoach. Will be interesting to see what he can do with Cowboys next season, assuming he gets offered that role.

LEAGUE TWO FINAL ROUND UPDATE!

Eagle Stars currently sitting on the top of the Ladder but a loss would give The Beagles the chance to take the minor premiership.

As it stands Eaglestars is on 785 with Captain Cam Smith, Taupau, Starling and Curtis Scott to come again Soop-a-stars on 857 + Papenhuyzen, Starling and DCE still to play so it looks like Eagle Stars taking out the minor premiership is a formality at this stage unless the unthinkable happens and Cam Smith goes off early.

The Beagles themselves are 144 points behind (DCE, JTurbo, Starling) Aardvarkin love it (Bateman) so definitely not assured a win anyway.

Further down the ladder in the battle to secure a top 8 spot, DansEels and Green Machine require wins and results to go their way to try and break into the finals. DansEels is 142points behind with Taupau and JTurbo to play so although its not out of the realms of possibility, it looks like their season might be over. Coincidentally they're up against Barrierbushpigs who, with a win, would consign MS to the unofficial wooden spoon (thanks to Shanbon sitting in 16th having quit earlier in the year).

Last but not least, Green Machine vs Mulvy.
Green Machine = Havili
Mulvy = 57 point lead+ DCE

That one seems set in stone as well so our top 8 as it stands is unlikely to be effected aside from some jostling for position.

Well done to everyone in the league except for MS who only managed two more wins across the season than the guy who hasn't touched his team since round 3.

This is my 6th year playing. I've finished in the top 250 3 times.

Usually I gain a lot of ranks from good bye planning. This year I've somehow still managed to climb ranks and am currently in the top 350.

I put it down to aggressive early trading, good POD choices and dumb luck.

840 with Papalii, Bateman, DCE, and Pappy to go. Fingers crossed I can climb above 1k this week.

716/14c. As predicted, Randall, Talau and Herbie is like playing with 15. Rank plummeting. Need Kapow, DCE and Pappy to pull out monsters.

Here's hoping. If he could secure an edge forward to replace Hess as well, that would be great.

Who do we think the best centre options are for Latrell next week?

I’m thinking Peachey, C. Graham or W. Hopoate.

I'm on 852 with Papy to go, bad week overall after a few good ones. Just gotta hope people ahead of me run out of trades so I can make the ground up but my aim of top 1000 looks almost out of reach.

Yeo being out would be easy trade for you to go to Haas. You would be crazy/stupid to trade out Lucy/Murray instead of Yeo if Yeo doesn't play

You may as well just take a punt on someone you think might score a try here or there for CTR with 4 rounds left

RTS + Friend = 101
Ponga + Peachey = 100
Grant + Sironen = 100

Those sums in isolation make sense, just not the way they have scored individually this round!
