    CTR dilemma.

    Niu > Lumelume
    Randall > 366k
    Talau > 398k

    Not looking flash at all?

I've enjoyed doing draft on normal fantasy site, but it's just come at a weird time so it's been super easy as few teams were dead teams after COVID

15-1 record and already wrapped up first with 2 games left

Decent! How did you get into a Fantasy Draft? Via the FB pages?

Yeah the NRL Fantasy Talk Discord. I left the discord after a while because it was similar to here, taking up a bit of time as I read all the posts, but much less quality in the discord

Will be surprised if fifi doesn't come into the 17. He needs the match fitness, with finals approaching.

Hey lads, Fuimaono not regaining that starting spot kills me. Gonna have to use my last trade on a centre of course ffs. Just need some help deciding between some. Gonna have 438k to spend on a centre so I was thinking between the 2 below. Leaning towards Hoppa atm however B.Lee's scores seem to be extremely consistent for a centre so just need some help deciding between them - cheers Smile

Are you playing overall or H2H? Where are you ranked as I'd be inclined just to play him and hold the trade.

If Overall just play him. CTR is a garbage position. Save it for an injured/suspended gun.

Oh yeah sorry forgot to mention, I'm focused on h2h now after I dropped below the 1k last week.

Needs enough job security to play 4 rounds, and scores above 30 apprecicated

If you just want to tick box A, Croker isn't going to get dropped, is too soft to get suspended and doesn't do enough to get injured.

As an owner I must warn you he is prone to some absolute stinkers including 24 with 4 goals, 20 with a try and 4 goals, 15 with 2 goals, 29 with 6 goals and my personal favourite 19 with 5 goals

Is it better to keep one trade left, and just go for a Mitchell -> Hopoate/Asi?

Or use both, and go Mitchell,HTF -> Starling & Asi (loop Asi/Talau) OR Mitchell, Talau to Peachey & Asi

First year and made finals, so want to beat the boys in my league who have been playing for 5+ years

    Team :

I'd trade someone in for Mitchell and save your last trade.

Yeah I wish but I'm focused on h2h now so I need to field 17 each week including the horrid centre position. So leaning towards one of these two

My fear with Asi came true. Morgan out means Clifford back into 7, Drinkwater 6 and Holmes 1. Asi is now my break glass in case of emergency 20th man and centre coverage. Farnworth has the gig the rest of the year so hope he stays at centre

Joel Thompson out for the year with an ankle injury that requires surgery. Has played his last game in the nrl.

Should I trade Sironen for a Hopo/Farnworth tier CTR

Or trade Niu go Lumelume and keep Siro as 18th man

We have seen centres put out negative scores this year, no way I'd be trying to grab a premium

I'd go someone like Brad Parker at base price to get a warm body on the field

Yeah Hopo scored 19 and Farnworth scored 11 recently so probably setting myself up for grief.

At the rate those outside back are getting injured at Manly I’d probably be getting a new one next week. Lumelume at least plays for a decent attacking team and Vunivalu looks to be at least 4 rounds away according to Casualty Ward

Seems centre was the position most had trouble with this year, but I've managed pretty well

Starting: Watkins, Wiliame - Watkins was a great pick second year off an ACL injury. Was defending like prime Matt Cooper in the centre before COVID shut him down. Would have been a set and forget 35-40 average guy. Wiliame was the cheapest starter that I trusted the job security of. If either Capewell or Best started this round they would have been in

Round 3: Watkins>Capewell - Back to England for Watkins made him a must trade out, I took the safe option of Capewell. Very nearly took Best instead of Capewell because I hate spending cash on that waste land of a position, but was spooked by Best named in 18. The extra cash would have been spent on Teddy instead of Turbo. What could have been here

Round 4: With Wiliame dropping off the planet I needed a 2nd centre. Crichton had just grabbed the starting position and was 313k. Opted to go with him over Best that had just scored a double and what I believed to be his highest score for the year. He sure showed me 1 week later with a 2 try 87, before averaging 34 the rest of the way.

Round 6: Capewell goes down injured and I decide I'm done with centre roulette. Plenty of cheap options with most opting for an up and down Latrell at this point. I landed on Croker and there has never been a more whelming player I've owned

Round 7: Technically a WFB and technically a cash out, but I grabbed Farnworth at 224k for a "peaked" Luai as he struggled to cross 400k. Farnworth has been a god send since then filling in multiple times for an average over 30. I'm sure Luai never played another game of something like that Embarassed

Round 8: Niu is available as starting fullback for 212k at the same time Rudolf is "peaking" at 458k. Seems like a no brainer that I would make again 10 times out of 10

Round 11: Cowboys starting 5/8 Asi is available at centre for 263k. We had a few nice weeks before the injury

Round 14: Taking the cash needed to sure up the 17, Crichton goes for Koroisau. Couldn't bring myself to hold a centre worth over 550k knowing a stinker could be just around the corner

Really seems like I got off lightly compared to some
