Or he's been on them since junior league and that's was the source who gave him up and where the rumour came from that there were others too

I didn't on my laptop but got off the train and looking on my phone and it's certainly there. Massive.

Starting: Watkins, Wiliame - Watkins was a great pick second year off an ACL injury. Was defending like prime Matt Cooper in the centre before COVID shut him down. Would have been a set and forget 35-40 average guy. Wiliame was the cheapest starter that I trusted the job security of. If either Capewell or Best started this round they would have been in
Round 3: Watkins>Capewell - Back to England for Watkins made him a must trade out, I took the safe option of Capewell. Very nearly took Best instead of Capewell because I hate spending cash on that waste land of a position, but was spooked by Best named in 18. The extra cash would have been spent on Teddy instead of Turbo. What could have been here
Round 4: With Wiliame dropping off the planet I needed a 2nd centre. Crichton had just grabbed the starting position and was 313k. Opted to go with him over Best that had just scored a double and what I believed to be his highest score for the year. He sure showed me 1 week later with a 2 try 87, before averaging 34 the rest of the way.
Round 6: Capewell goes down injured and I decide I'm done with centre roulette. Plenty of cheap options with most opting for an up and down Latrell at this point. I landed on Croker and there has never been a more whelming player I've owned
Round 7: Technically a WFB and technically a cash out, but I grabbed Farnworth at 224k for a "peaked" Luai as he struggled to cross 400k. Farnworth has been a god send since then filling in multiple times for an average over 30. I'm sure Luai never played another game of something like that
Round 8: Niu is available as starting fullback for 212k at the same time Rudolf is "peaking" at 458k. Seems like a no brainer that I would make again 10 times out of 10
Round 11: Cowboys starting 5/8 Asi is available at centre for 263k. We had a few nice weeks before the injury
Round 14: Taking the cash needed to sure up the 17, Crichton goes for Koroisau. Couldn't bring myself to hold a centre worth over 550k knowing a stinker could be just around the corner
Really seems like I got off lightly compared to some

Will be interesting to see how clubs manage cutting their rosters down to 28 next season. Would expect that really versatile players will have more value as they try to cover all positions with limited squads.

Justin Olam:
Other than Souths, Storm finish with 3 teams outside the 8. Needs tries to get his score up , but 6 in the last 4 weeks is good form.
Moses Mbye: Averages about 40 as a fullback, including 101 back in 2018 for the bulldogs. Can he stay at fullback for 4 rounds? His CTR average not great.
Esan Marsters: in 2019 he averaged 38 at centre (including part time goal kicking) started out this year OK, then fell off a cliff. Has he got his starting spot back?
Not preferred choice, but a cheap option to allow Niu as trade out over Talau
William Hopoate
Averaging 36 since moving to fullback (ignoring injury game) has relied on tries to get his scores respectable though. Not hitting the heights he has in previous seasons. (averaged 48 back in 2018)
Dogs certainly not exciting at the moment either
Albert Hopate
Not sure what job security is like, but Manly have a good run home, with no top 8 teams in the last 4 weeks, and he's highly rated.
I did mention Michael Jennings earlier, but on closer inspection I don't think he's a better option than others mentioned here. Too reliant on tries for a good score.
Jesse Ramien also a bit of interest, but Like Jennings I think he's just a bit below the other guys
I have 209k spare after my Yeo to Haas trade which means I can pretty much get any centre for Latrell.wolfking wrote:
Yeah I wouldn't trade him in now at his price either. I'd punt on Staggs if I were looking at that price.

Yep first week of finals mate, need to win this one so I get the week off. So choosing between Hoppa and Lee could make or break the week
