Roosters forward pack looks like its pretty much back to full strength. Most players have had a rest recently so I wouldn't be surprised if they name a full strength team each week to make sure everyone is match fit for finals.
If that happens, upgrading Butcher might give you enough points to justify it. There's a fair bit of guesswork though

That trade could be worth 75 to 100 points over the next 3 weeks.

Never know with Robinson but Butcher may be back to around 35 mins with Crichton/Aubbs/Cordner/sbw all needing mins in legs

Matto could get rested but he could also pump out 60+ every week

It's an upgrade. If it leaves you with a spare trade, I think it's a no brainer.

If I had an extra trade id be tempted by Fifita this week.

He was pretty lazy last week but probably a good chance he rips in against his soon to be teammates. Could be the week he lifts the bat

I’d do Butcher to elite 2RF as a 2nd last trade. Im considering it as a last trade, I think I’d be in front if I had 0-1 injuries/restings over R19-20. 1 injury I lose points by having to run Siro for 2, but not as many as gained from Butcher upgrade for 3. 2+ injuries I would be behind.

Even if you’ve got the week off in a decent cash league? Wouldn’t those two trades be better used in those weeks?

If that's your main focus, probably. Make sure you can still afford it next week however.

Unless you specifically say otherwise, everyone on here will give advice as if your goal is to maximise overall points rather than winning a specific head to head matchup.

If you want to win H2H cash but aren't playing this week, the ONLY reason you would trade at in a week you aren't playing is if money is tight and you don't think you'll be able to make the trade next week based on BEs. Even then it would possibly not be worth it.

Yeah my bad, should have stated at the beginning.

I’ll have 31k remaining if I do it this week. So it may be tight next week. If I don’t get Matterson I could go for Moses, Fifita, Klemmer. Which are all upgrades I’d say

Yeah sorry, was talking about overall. Wouldn’t think there’s much point trading this week for H2H if you’re not playing.

Even solely from a PR point of view, appointing your head coach who likes tweets like this:

That is not a good move.

Wonder how the Indigenous Dragons players feel about it.

Not sure I’d be happy with that if I was a Dragons fan, from either a football or Social responsibility/PR point of view.

He always reminds me of one of those old school guys an EPL club appoint in January to save them from relegation. It rarely works.

Today: Dragons apologise to Blacklock for racism when he was at the club

Also today: Dragons hire a coach whose Twitter history is that…
