I can live with it considering my rubbish Fantasy score. I also don't even have to consider Carter here which is nice and stress relieving.Simon Templar wrote:
VSDT commonly has a few teething problems are the start of each season and the ending of Round 1 lockout usually is later than the norm.

Why don't you need to consider Carter?

Just saw your post in the Fantasy thread. I thought he would have been a nono here with the higher penalties for errors and missed tackles.Simon Templar wrote:

After my team's under-performance throughout they can keep it locked for the season as far as I'm concerned.

A.Taylor 19 (169,100) was in my starting 17 for Round 1.
Is replacing him with C.Walker 50 (136,100) a good move or is it too much of a sideways trade?

Schoolboy error, went two dodgy centres with no backup. Now Benrys gone i have no one. Dont know whether to go cheap again or just lock someone in and forget about it. Give me some options boys, Ive been going around in circles for days. Anyone but Aubbs, just cant do it

Sideways but you have the luxury of waiting a week in VSDT so i would be doing that and make a call next week unless injurys force your hand.Simon Templar wrote:A.Taylor 19 (169,100) was in my starting 17 for Round 1.

I know its sideways but is it TOO sideways?
I want to do it this week for two reasons:
1/ This is for a spot in my 17 and I think C.Walker will be a better scorer, especially with Reynolds and Sutton out.
2/ It frees up some cash for some serious trading in Round 3 becoz some of my risky picks failed in Round 1 and so they are on notice in Round 2.
What do you think?

How much can you afford BB?
And who are your 3 centres other than B.Henry?

Thanks mate - Just shows what a shocker everyone had & I jagged a little bit less shocker for the week.
Just like a Melbourne Cup the horse out in front rarely ever comes first at the end of the race.
Goodluck to you & all for the season

I personally think Walker looks the goods and Im not sure what kick metres Taylor got but it looked like Roberts was the primary kicker which is also a downer for Taylor. Titans put a decent score on the knights and he only managed 18. With the souths injuries Walkers upside is huge plus your above reasons i would be doing the trade. Sideways but if you have to work with what you have seen this week and Walkers trial form plus the new injury news i would be pretty confident pulling the trigger this week if you have to. I am grabbing him this week. So he is doomed.Simon Templar wrote:

In relation to my team. My other centres are Green and 2 non playing DPP Scott and Chrighton
