Interesting point by Cronk suggesting no scrums slows things down a bit and disadvantages team with the ball

Yep think we agree on that. Never got the whinging re scrums, i like the opportunity for set plays with more space on offer

the only raiders forwards I would trust for regular game time are Papalii and Whitehead, anyone else is a risk.

How many times did you see set plays from scrums? Half the time it was chuck a CTR in the scrum and hopw your Forward can burst through the line, or it was two passes run into the line.
Scrums felt like a waste of time, there would be so many games where one team wants to grind it out so we spend 30 seconds watching them pack a scrum and messing about.

Papalii is way down on the huge minutes he used to play. Averaged 67 minutes at lock in 2018, down to 52 minutes last year.Milchcow wrote:
