I've owned him in the past (when it made sense by projections) and even last year when he was a slightly fortuitous selection - and I've got to say, have never been happy or comfortable owning him.

Don't get me wrong, I think McC is a fair enough selection, I'm just glad someone else picked him up before I had that conundrum!

Yeah, sadly for him he'll get McInnes in about 6 minutes.
Sadly for us the counter resets to 12 hours and we'll be waiting for his next selection...

You might get lucky that autopick turns on after a missed pick and he ends up with McInnes and Staines

That is frustrating then as he’s set up a tiered pick list but let the timer run 12 hours. Needs to turn autopick on if willing to let timer down

Just popping in as an outside, this happens every year (people not making picks)

You really need to allocate some time for it and do a draft with 2-3 minute pick limits. Make sure everyone is available before you give out comp codes.

Once one person stops picking it kills the draft as you can't expect people to spend all day watching the time in case their pick comes up.

can I change the timer to 10 minutes just before his picks and then change it back to 12 hrs straight after ?

Maybe on desktop mate I can’t even find the settings during draft on the app

I was going to do same with Falcon, but he’s been fantastic since first round blunder as has everyone else tbh.

Even if it's 1 minute pick limits, that's 30-60s * 10 players * 17 selections = likely to 2-3 hours
Which is fine if you have the time, but for someone like me, there's no chance I can get a couple of hours like that - so just end up not doing draft.

I actually think the 12 hour setup is good (covers people if it falls across sleep time), but it just requires people to make a commitment to at least check early in the morning, late at night and at least once in between. It takes so little time to check where the draft is up to.

Of course, it would be much easier if the App just gave you a push notification!

If you can I’d seriously look into it. It’s not just waiting 12/24 hours, when the timer ends the next pick might not be available for a few hours and it’s incredibly frustrating it makes others lose interest

I dont mind the tiner expiring sometimes. Happens with every draft we do every year. As long as it finishes by the time the season starts it is all good.
