Won’t Klemmer be the one playing bigger mins though?

Can guarantee if I pick Smith he will remain a middie, if I don't mark him down for 3 tries and 80 minutes in 5 games for a 74 average

Re Welch, will he get those 50 plus mins though as the Storm still have the likes of J. Brom, NAS. Kamikamica etc.....

I’m looking into Latrell in more depth tonight as an option am I crazy?

I just think Souths are primed this year and Latrell is gonna start fast....

Dunno if I have the guts to do it though......

I expect him to be even more lazy than last season, with Mansour picking up most the carries out of their own end.

Just do it, will be more exciting for you to watch your own team plus him on a fantasy scale. Inevitable that he will have his lazy games though

It’s almost like we have to wait and see what happens in round 1 😂

BSmith probably gets a minutes boost until Grant comes back is the only definite in this conundrum and even then wtf knows how he goes as a big minute hooker given CS9 played all the games all the time.

I had Welch in my first draft but you want a bit of certainty around the role of your $500k plus players.

    .....in my opinion.

I dunno if my heart can handle it Lol lol! there is bound to be some turbulence along the way but hopefully more smooth sailing.

I guess if Latrell flops I can always trade him to Tommy T when he’s back.

Apparently Mansour might not make our best 17, Wayne holds young Paulo in high regard.

Anyone expecting an uptick from Latrell has to be made aware its a gut pick
His long term average at FB is 39, he is priced at 37

I'm not sure where the love comes from? if it's his trial score then you guys are in big trouble

Absolutely zero chance Mansour isn't starting

The hope would be he averages mid to high 40’s the first 8 weeks. We have Storm, Manly, Rorters, Dogs, Broncos, Tigers, Titans and Raiders.

I may opt to go with Pap, Isaako and Hoy but is that too weak?

My theory is that he’s a chance to rack up a big score is the first five games (betting on South’s to score high against shit defence) and get some decent price bumps at which point I jump off.

It’s totally a gut pick and depending on what pops up on TLT I will reserve the right to change my mind. It’s fun to speculate though and you won’t hear me whining about it if I do go with him (had him last year and not a peep)

Banking on fixtures is not the way to go, its a new season no one really knows who is going to have a hot start until it all settles down, Christ even Tigers start the season looking like challengers before falling into the abyss

Regardless, you may as well pick any middie WFB and pray for a good run of scoring if that is the hope for Latrell

Did same with Manu years ago when Roosters had like 4/5 of the bottom sides to start season, averaged something like 20 before finishing season averaging over 40. Not worth the risk especially in the short term

Never heard a whine from you anyway as you understand the risk and take it on yourself mate

It's such a risk IMO banking on a some decent scores from someone as volatile as Latrell whose probably already had his best game in pre season. Incredible player when fully on it, but he's a lazy cunt whose going into the season actually carrying a gut lol

Latrell is the definition of inconsistency 70 points one week and then 20 the next. Probably 5 or so points underpriced. Better value out there.
