    Good option

Hasn't been in any of my drafts but I have looked intently. If there is no utility on the bench he could make cash very quickly to start the year

Big brains of NRL fantasy. Seeking some advice. Would you rather run Bird + Roberts at Centre with Averillo as cover in NPRs with Turpinator starting, or run Averillo + Roberts as C, replace Bird with a base price NPR cow, and run Brooks.

    Cheers

Wait til next week for A + B vs C + D options I reckon. Everything will change.

Have a list of players you like and rank them on how much you want them and how underpriced they are.

Then fit as many of them into your team as possible while keeping balance and having a clear captain and positional cover to a degree

I’ll be hitting the clear all button next Tuesday for sure

McCullough - Will score well but not sure on him staying fit.

Pap - WFB is looking weak but cant afford him.

Cheese - Would only be short term as he will most likely go back to bench.

    Payten on Lolo:
"We don't want to burn him out - he still has a lot of seasons in the NRL ahead of him.

"He has been averaging over 60 minutes a game the last few seasons and if possible, we will cut his game time a little.

"That will give him more gas in attack and also ensure that he is able to maintain his intensity in defence."

With the game set to be played faster than ever before under the rule changes for 2021, big men could struggle - especially in the tropical heat of Townsville early in the season.

But Payten isn't worried about his strike weapon's ability to handle the changes.

"He is in great shape and we will manage his game time - he is set for a big year," Payten said.

Thanks, completely forgot about Rein.....a chance of 80, good track record, similar price to Turpin...if I didn't go Cook I was looking for someone reliable who wasn't MC9

I'm still not convinced Peachy plays much HKR this year, the makeup of the bench will be interesting.

Rein has shown he can score 50-60 in 60 mins and if it was a race between him and Turpin over who scores the most in 60 mins consistently, I would pick Rein.

Any reason why Tanah Boyd wouldn't be in the 17? He was there every week last year when fit. When he wasn't they had Erin Clark there.

I think Peachey on the bench increases Rein's chances of playing 80 (because they won't carry a Tannah Boyd or anyone else).

Maybe every now and then he subs Rein but I would personally be bringing Peachey on as that ball playing #13 role who can also fill in when a back gets injured.

That's the only one I'm unsure on. Everything else is pretty set bar cows come TLT but this one is a struggle. Makes sense to go Pap but Nofo worked so well last year.

I could be wrong but I don't recall Peachey playing any hooker at all last year. Was Rein, Clarke and Boyd.

This - Rein is not an option due to this. They have 3 capable middies of playing 50-60 in Tino, Fotu and Peachey, they will always have a 2nd hooker/utility. And as always edge second rowers more often than not play 80.

Sorry, thats what I was implying. I was answering two different questions

    1. I think Peachy doesn't play HKR
    2. If Rein gets 60 he's still worth having a look at

TBH: Cook hasn't left my team yet

Edit : Was comparing Rein to Turpin really, and bench make up in both cases is crucial. I wouldn't be contemplating either if I didn't have an irrational objection to having MC9 in my team rendeer

My team feels a bit "middy" at the moment, lots of players around the 300k-400k mark
Watson, Lodge, Riki, LAM, Liddle, Hoy, Averillo with only 2 cheapies in Niu and Ieremia.
I usually have a few more sub 300k players.

Yes, he's a spud, but even playing 50 mins and just passing / tackling, shouldn't he make some decent coin when priced at $307K?
Not sure why he's been ghosted on the forum.
