Why don't you gamble on Harper instead. This way you can guarantee an upgrade to Turbo on the exact week he comes back. If you play Hoy, and you are looking to upgrade when Ponga comes back, you may not have the luxury of the same week transition into a Turbo trade. Hoy could be out let say week 4 and Turbo back week 6. What's your upgrade plan then?

Have we heard anything on Harper starting at the back over Garrick?

i think you answered your own question, but Sharks have so many middle forwards I can't see Magoulias getting a significant run.

I guess the only factor is some teams seem to be going for more mobile locks (eg Connor Watson, Tyrone Peachey as a couple examples) and Magoulias might fit that role better than just playing an extra prop like the other options.
Just have to wait and see what happens, but I wouldn't be expecting much

Yeah you have Rudolf, Williams and Magoulias who can play at 13.
I'm not sure why Williams didn't play more mins at 13 for the trial game.

I just can't rule the possibility of Magoulias ending up in my team out based on Rabbits21 getting burned by him in 2020 Razz

On Brooks: Looked solid during the trial game. Had a good season fantasy wise in 2019, but had to adjust to Benji in 2020. You can see a drop in points from round 10 onwards where Benji took over the reins.
Priced at 41points, he should go back to avg around 50 points being the main halfback and playing on his preferred side. If he gets to do the goal kicking we could be looking at bumping it up to an avg of 54 points

Tempted to go Brooks instead of Munster to free up some coin. Not sure if I can bring myself to do it though. Expecting Munster to go large this season.

Those hoping for Davey to get starting edge, it seems that hope is still alive.

Hasler gave particular praise to forward recruits Josh Aloiai, who faced his former team with heavy strapping on the knee he injured last year, and ex-Eel Andrew Davey.

"Aloiai – I thought he came on [from the bench] and made a difference, and I thought Davey in the second half was strong," Hasler said.

I have this funny idea we may see Schuster at fullback. No basis for it, just they need to fit him into the team somehow, after setting up 2 tries and scoring 1 try. He looks like a guy that would excel as a fullback.

I feel intimidated joining League 4 this year, especially after receiving this in the post
Royal mail from Wales, I hope I was the first one to use this....
And here I thought requirements were simply based on last years placing...

Now who do I forward this to next? Who is still waiting to join the league?
Good luck, tough league this one

Edited: Welshy PM photos sent too

    League 4 testing requirements :

These new requirements explain why I have been relegated from L1 last year to L6 this year.

My League 10 invite included the phrase "A damned fine rabble collection of long term Fantasy players whom clearly had an off year in 2020!"

I had my best year ever! I'm going to get smashed

If I change my surname to Doohi will I be able to kick goals for the Tigers first grade NRL team?

I took him out of my 21 for the first time this morning and now you do this?

I think it’s between him and Turpin for me - one midrange pick as #14 and maybe with some luck they end up a decent 18/19 by season end.
