I'm pretty sure that just after Gowski has played on the weekend, MTB will be changing his avatar. That's a lock.

Not sure there is any more risk than the alternatives. More job security than Fifita who drops out for Verrills when fit again. Kerr could be in the middle rotation, replacing Famausili or Alvaro next week. Not seeing anyone arriving in a hurry that displaces Stefano.
The alternative is paying more money for a player with job security. I'd rather splash the extra cash and run Leniu

Atm I’ve gone Smith and Stefano over a combination of Tupouniua and Hoy/Milf
But my MIDs have just become Smith, Welch and NAS

I can already tell I'll be trading him out by round 5. Considering Brooks, Capewell, Tupouinua, CHT, Townsend, Ofa as alternatives
Brailey
Welch, Lodge, Watson
Crichton, Riki
Cleary, Moses
Bird, Roberts
Teddy, Moylan, Reimis
Turpin, Munster, Lam, Liddle
Gosiewski, Laurie, Niu, Simonsson
Haven't had Tino, Hoy, Averillo in my drafts at any point
3 gun halfs and Lam seems like overkill. I dropped Lam and kept Townsend as my 2nd half. SJ out possible 2 months will have bulk kicking and GKs. Thought he would be way more popular

I think more than any other player in the comp, Fui is a wait and see.Loomer wrote:Last spot up for debate. Have Alvaro +49k do I get Hoy or Fui instead? Fui DPP is nice
His role could be anything:
a) 30 minutes total for the game
b) swaps with Bird and plays center
c) swaps with Kerr and plays edge
d) stays at lock and gets decent minutes
If he gets role c or d you can bring him in at not much more cost. If he gets role a or b you didnt want him at all.

Same as Hoy really, no real definite on SJ's return date. He pretty much becomes immediately useless going back to low 30's when SJ is back

I would be running SJ as well if he was fit. I love the floor of halves that dominate general play kicking, even on their worst days they will give you 30 odd with upside to have monster scores when you throw in attacking stats.
If I'm wrong on Moses maintaining his share of the kicking he will be first to go

Slightly under priced due to injury affected games. Last year he was a 50/50 toss up with Cleary at a similar price point and now you can have him at a 200k discount. Surprised he isn't more popular

Remains to be seen what Lenius minutes will be. Will be surprised if he gets more than Eisenhuth, who I would expect to get the flip side of Leota's minutes, in the 35-40 minute range, and Martin will play minutes in the middle, with Cleary saying he will play both Martin and Capewell as many minutes as possible. Can see him getting 20-30 minutes a game, for a slight increase on last season. If both Yeo and JFH play last years minutes again, there may not even be 20-30 minutes for him.multiple.scoregasms wrote:

What 2 would you have out of Leniu Alvaro Hoy?

Think very few people are actually going to go with him if that helps.

I had him all last year. He was solid, but I think he's at most 40k underpriced, and he has Brown who isn't really a second fiddle half. He's not necessarily a bad pick, but I would think there's more value playing Lam or Munster there instead and using his cap space elsewhere

Most similar to my team so obv prefer it to the template that is otherwise knocking around.
I’m on Cook rather than Munster, but looking good mate.
Interesting you’re passing on both Tino and Fifita. They look pretty good to me. Get you can’t have em all

Is it right to start Niu at CTR and Averillo EMG and worst case Averillo goes gangbusters could free trade NPR CTR with rolling lockout?

Yes. I have both Stefano and Alvaro. Alvaro's upside potential is high. 1.2 ppm last season. Will do fine in a 30 minute role in a team that has minutes up for grabs. Most picks have some level of risk, not seeing Stefanos risk any higher than the $300k guys in the tier above him.wolfking wrote:
