Dear Lord I hope not. Dearden makes Croft look average. For Croft to stay he moves to 6, Milford leaves end of this season and Dearden plays 7.

I like it fella, looks like a good starting platform. I like Brailey and would work him into my team at the expense of Fatrell, just wanna give the bloke a few weeks to disappoint me first ya know. Masochist and whatnot. Stefano is of interest to me but at a low enough cost that I'm happy to wait and see.

Looking at his stats. I don't think that (D)alker is such a bad choice. Averillo always had questionable job security, even more so now if not starting this week. Last years average includes a 1 and a -1 after only playing a few minutes. Priced at 24. Any solid leads on Averillo not starting?

None honestly, just the talk around the water cooler that he's carrying an injury. I doubt a new coach in a team that is happy to bump coaches as fast as Brisbane in rcecbt years would name a bloke without some semblance of confidence. That being said, we won't know for certain til an hour before I guess. I for one will be running him, certainly over Dildo Walker

Ouch, I'm missing four of that lot.
Most notably and one I've never even considered - Roberts. Can someone fill me in what happened with Roberts? I completely missed where he went from moderately interesting in passing but irrelevant to being in literally every team I see. What the balls did we find out that I missed, as I am still left in a lonely corner with no interest in him at all.

The reason why I am choosing Lam is that he looks a solid defender so rarely misses a tackle compared to say a Brooks, Milf or Townsend. With Keary's hamstring injury and being a left footer the kicking should be at least 50-50 for around 250m per game +. So base looks at least 30 points and then having Crichton around him and just good players will create attacking stats. Draw is Sea Eagles, Tigers, Rabbitohs, Warriors, Sharks so a somewhat favourable start. Like that he can potentially cover hooker if Friend needs a rest maybe if Keighran goes to half??? Not sure.
Flannagan averaged 43.4 without GK and I believe LAM will get 45-47 points.

Oh, I'm not in love with he or Bird mate. But.... Ctrs so who gives a F? In short, they're both relatively cheap, have "potential" therefore ability to generate cash and the position HAS to be filled by someone. A lack of decent DPP EDG/CTR players at a reasonable price this year probably plays into it a bit I guess. If Jet can rediscover any form of the Titans try scoring form he'll be an easy cash out upgrade

I feel like Host is a bit of a trap. May only see 50 minutes. With Knight and Sele out Kolomatangi is needed to beef up the bench middle this week but can see him earning the spot from Host.

I really want to run the gauntlet and start with Milf as have a gut feeling, but he is really the only player I can downgrade without destroying my team. Hmmm...
