Lone scout tweeted it is an issue with the system that will be fixed today. No need to stress

I think I watch their games with the opposite of rose coloured glasses.

    > Brooks looked as bad as I've ever seen him.  FIrst time I've ever felt like we should move him on. He caught the ball flat-footed and ran sideways dragging the defence to where he was passing it pretty much all day.  Except for the try for Liddle.
    > Mbye had no impact
    > Garner was terrible.  Worse than Brooks even.  Not just the lazy penalty he gave at the start of the 2nd half, but terrible throughout.

On the plus side, I liked what I saw from Tamou, Laurie and even Uto.
Despite the commentary of others, I'm on the fence with Ofa.
Willing to give Roberts more time - he looked frustrated at not being bought into the game enough - hopefully Douehi helps with that.

Pretty good analysis this. Garner indeed was diabolical and should be dropped this week without question.

    Everyone just needs to Chill.
It's the first Monday and pretty much every year there is Fiona-teething for at least the first Round.

Seems they have just removed the TO stats (which may have been more of a manual-add-in across the weekend?) and are either re-confirming them or migrating them across to a different data field.

Cleary lost 12 points (3TO's) but they even published the Fantasy winners/losers stating:
Cleary's price will remarkably go up before it comes down after he was the major beneficiary of the new turn over rules, earning possession for his side three times (for a total of 12 points) along with stats in almost every category to finish with 96

I feel pretty confident that most/all? of the deducted TO's will make a return and I will get my missing 52 points back and YOU will get yours back too!

PS I don't work for Fiona

    From Lone Scout on twitter:

"Lockout has been delayed with technical issues around turnover tackle points to be finalised. Haven’t been told a set time but hopefully not far away (I’ll announce when lockout’s lifted as well).

The issue also means some players are having scores displayed minus their TO points, so I wouldn’t panic about any major score changes until lockout is finalised."

So can someone explain what Cleary does that netted him 3 TOs? Didn't get to watch the game.

If everyone here is losing 40-60 pts why are everyone’s rankings falling so much? Are there people not here not losing points?

I guess it’ll sort itself out eventually

Yeah i was never told there would be photos taken, I didn't consent to that!

Wondering if a kick before an error leads to a TO? Felt there were quite a few instances of fullbacks spilling the high ball this round.

Anyone know if Goz was injured, or does it just seem that's the rotation for the edge? Might have to dump him (I know should never have got Very Happy)

One way of looking at things...

The bigger the fall in points/rankings from this temporary turnover debacle, the better job you've done at picking players who will benefit from the new scoring category.

And that is definitely sustainable, so if you haven't lost 50 points, better luck next year. (I lost 49, so close).

Don't have to trade to field 17, but I think it's pretty ugly with who I'd have to play:

    J Brailey
    B Smith, Watson, Utoikamanu
    D Fifita, Riki
    Cleary, Milford
    Roberts, Averillo
    Papenhuyzen, Tedesco, Laurie

    Turpin, Liddle, Lam, Croker(?)
    Niu, Simonsson, A Crichton, Lodge

With 51k ITB, if Lodge is a tradeout (seems like he probably is?) then he can become Leniu or LAM (in that order at this stage). Looks like many here have the same problem, so will keep an eye out for any other options.

I know we are meant to conserve trades where possible, and we should be getting ~150k per trade. Forcing the Lodge trade when it's possible he comes back and makes some coin is a waste isn't it? Especially if you can form a team in the meantime? Points come into it too but 1 extra trade at the end of the season seems more valuable.
