Host to Davey a lock for me I think. Unfortunately don't have enough for Lodge to Koloa so probably stick with initial plan of Alvaro in

Can run Stefo and trade Lodge to Davey instead I guess.

Host -> Koala for 1 trade

second trade I am tossing between

Lodge -> Alvaro, Leniu, Mead, Asiata

Alvaro - If he can hold the role seems decent shout
Leniu - Looked good... should be starting over Leota
Mead - Low BE (2) and 274K so should net me some bank and make some money
Asiata - Looked pretty good off the bench.

Talked up KK all pre season and went with Host I need more than an Uppercup

Could be genius. but without info on either Friend or Verrills he would have to go gangbusters this week and then hope he is the primary HKR for a couple more weeks otherwise there is a fair chance he hangs around on the bench playing second fiddle & losing any money he mights make.

I am inclined to save Croker for the Verrills trade if it happens in the next week,

Did the same with Mansour aswell. Pretty dumb to be honest. Fantasy aside did host play that bad? Seemed like he just got no ball at all and maybe had an error or two. Trash player anyway so not suprised he was dropped (despite starting with him...)

Lussick might start for 2-3 weeks and then go to bench/out of the team. Bit of a risk, albeit one that might pay off if he gets a decent run as starter

Depends whether you need an EDG or MID more and if cash is desperately needed in the short term.

Locked in Lodge/Croker to Ofa/Leniu last night and really don't want to change it.

But I'd be lying if I said I'm not tempted by Davey.

Koala looks like a decent option on paper but I can't drum up any interest in him, I must admit.

So, it comes down to Leniu or Davey, I think. Time to ponder.

How about telling Mansour he will play first grade, getting the Panthers to foot the bill then dropping him after Round 1

Anyone managed to avoid the host, gosie and lodge trainwreck? I can field 17 (playing croker) and bank the two trades but the last time i was stingy on making trades, it came back to bite me. With $102k ITB, i can go croker to davey. I want koala but sounds like that spot is too hot for my liking.

I think just Lodge to Koala.

I'd happily trade Croker too, but can't see anyone under 313k worth getting.

Other option would be Lodge + Croker to Leniu + Davey.

I’m going Ah Mau this week due to the low BE. If they both score 35 this week then LAM goes up 33k compared to Daveys 12k.

If Davey scores 50 he still only goes up 29k and can be a focus for trade in next week.
