I’m in an annoying spot where whoever I bring in either goes straight to EMG or I have to drop Lam to EMG to accomodate for them.

Koala and Leniu are top of the list

    Thoughts?

Siro and Thompson were 80 minute backrowers last year. You'd hope Des goes back to that rotation and plays Davey for 80.

Ok I only just realised F Lussick is base price 246k

Was wondering why people were considering him as he should have been roughly 343k

Play Niu or Averillo? Still hoping Averillo's game last week was an aberration, and he should score better just because of the position he plays.

Yep he's in my team. Should get a few weeks at hooker - may not play 80 but will still see good minutes and will probs start at first when verills gets back

Verrills is 246k as well. If Friend is out long term im assuming Verrills will end up being the 9.

Can Goweiski or however you spell the bums name play in the middle? Or do you reckon he's purely there for the edge spot? Idk whether to take the punt on Davey - his scores seem very good when he gets minutes just not sure how safe he is...

Like Kane Elgey? Who's career average at five-eighth is 21.7?

I'd probably play Niu over Averillo, although its a close call

Anyone worried about a late Arrow to starting side, Murray edge and Koala bench?

Rabbitohs play mid round so only really missing out on Leniu if he was in the same trade in discussion I suppose

I can go Lodge to Leniu, then Host to anyone $455k or under

Ofa? Milford? Would leave me with little in the bank.

Or Ah Mau for the cash grab and leave $57k remaining for next week?

Could even get Momirovski who I was so close to starting with.. would leave $73k remaining for next week and means I don’t have to start Roberts/Avo. 40 points without a try is really encouraging and Penrith should carve the Dogs this weekend. Could be one where if he isn’t traded in now then his price starts to look awkward and not worth getting in anymore

Anyone able to sway me any way?

Hutchinson on bench, wouldn’t be surprised to see Lussick 50/60, Lam to hooker and Hutchinson into 6

No way I'd be making that trade mate. I'm not entirely convinced by Koala anyway yet, would need to see him lock down a solid role before I traded him in personally but can see why he has a bit of interest.

Maybe I'm not as convinced as others simply because I can't afford him lol!

Thanks mate. StormTrooper96 talked me out of it aswell. Got caught up in all of the hype on here surrounding him lol.

A pain though as he was in my pre season draft up until round 1 tlt.

Best replacement for Host at 411k or less?

I do have the option of waiting a week on him though, as I can loop Uto and Avo on my last bench spot.

Considering Momo as a way to beef up my centre spot and not have to play Niu, he still got 40 despite bombing a couple chances.

I thought that but I'm confident in him keeping the spot. Although Lodge will be locked on Friday so it's food for thought.

Can't go any worse than Gosiewski who I was thinking about trading him for Razz

Unless I do trades and get rid of Lam which is probably premature, my options for Gosiewski are very limited (301k max)

    BSmith to Latrell
    Lodge to Fuimaono

Latrell will tonne up against Manly, if I don't pick him up this week he'll be out of reach. Gives me a backline of Teddy, Latrell and Laurie with Hoy in the EMG.
Fui will fill in for Riki in the 17, with Riki moved to the EMG untill he learns how to not miss 10 tackles a game.

Next week Croker to Davey may be on the cards.

Yeah, lucky you brought it up mate because I thought if that happened would just go Fui instead but not possible. Slightly annoying that but it is what it is.

I’m very close to getting Momo in. Close to starting with him but wanted to cheap out at CTR with Roberts/Avo which didn’t work well. They could easily bounce back but having Momo there would help a lot. Potential CTR keeper as well. Aside from Lomax (goal kicks) and Peachey (forward) he should be able to match the rest of the CTRs who are a rung below who could be considered CTR keepers (Graham, Manu, Aitken etc)

Benefit of going Momo over someone like LAM who is similar prices is that LAM will require a trade later. If Momo can keep up a 35-40 average I’m happy to have him sit at CTR as long as possible
