NRL Fantasy 2021 Part 20 - Who needs halves ???

A, B or C?

A) Tino -> J. Jackson = 58k in the bank (Edge: Fifita, Riki)

B) Tino -> Latrell = 77k in the bank (WFB: Teddy, Pap, Laurie, Hoy on the bench)

C) Tino -> I. Papali'i = 78k in the bank (Middle: Chrichton, Watson, Fuimoano, Utoikamanu on the bench)

Other trade is Davey to Schuster. Think Pap is best long term (especially if he gets DPP), but don't think I'll get Latrell any cheaper and might make the fastest cash?

Thursday being Panthers v Storm so those sweating on Cleary may be forced to pull the trigger early which sucks... I have Cleary, Lam, Moylan and Avo so the temptation is there to just hold. However; Cleary can sit as a loop if I need to trade in a half come Friday, although I am tempted to sit still and hope one of Moylan, Avo, Lam go big.

A and C are both fine. I wouldn't be bringing Latrell in though. I think there is better value this week and with Turbo and Ponga just around the corner probably better keeper WFB options to come as well.

Edit: Who are your current WFB? I'm guessing Laurie + Teddy or Pap?

Lodge to Schuster only thing standing out really. Thought I’d be getting more than 70k for my troubles but oh well

Personally, Latrell is going to be the most heartwrenching of those options. Ofc he can pull out 30 point plays, but you'll have to eat the 20s and 30s too

A for me sounds the safest, like for like scoring wise

Edit: in terms of what was expected for Tino's price

C for is the bestIF Matto is out long term. He looks good in his 55 min stints. Great base

Having guys like Tino, NAS, Turpin in the side is so frustrating. Capable of good scoring so not sure if it’s
worth jumping ship from any of them to say a Fifita type. I’d still pick the wrong one even if I went ahead

Turpin to Fifita and a banner from Tino sounds like a great round

Really happy with team lists this week. My weakest position was halves. Schuster and Fog without Taylor really helps. tossing up between JJ and iPap, leaning towards JJ.

Remember hearing on Talking League pod in preseason he carried niggle last year so could be showing what he is capable of when fully fit

His scores obviously buffed by tries, but not massive point tries, and boost on last year probably coming from some turnovers so far and increased tackle busts

(Only really considering him because I can't get Fifita)

After Lam to Schuster, trading Tino only leaves me with 689K. Dunno if there's anyone really worthwhile trading him to. Jackson and Papalii the only real ones I'm looking at.

Simonsson to Schuster for cash generation makes too much sense not to do, but think banking a second Lam trade and watching the games also makes sense. Next week can keep Lam, or trade up (Waddell, Egan) or cash out (Boyd, SOS) with more knowledge on form & eye test & whether you actually *are* trading up.

Lam and Moylan to Sitili and Schuster good trades?

One thing also to note is if Schuster gets shifted by around rnd 6 then he could be a good trade down to Blore. I think he is due back around there.
