This there were a couple plays where Luai just looked lightning quick. Really impressed me personally. Fantasy points didnt rack up because the plays didnt come off, but having a crack and his speed against anyone not Storm/Roosters he would have carved them up.

Can anyone (Milch, MTB etc) tell me how to determine what average would translate to what price?

Like if I'm thinking about when to trade a player who I value as a 40 average, what could I expect their price to settle at? More importantly, is there a formula for it I could use and translate to different prices/averages?

Yes that was the information coming into the season, which people make decisions based on. As soon as this wasn't the case, the reason to have Capewell in the team wasn't valid any more, so he became a trade out.
Again it comes down to making valid decisions based on the information available at the time, both to have him in the team and trading him out when he wasn't getting the role that was needed to hold his place in the team. What happens after you make a good decision, based on the information available at the time is beyond your control, such as 2 injuries at Panthers, which led to 80 minutes for Capwell and a try during the period that he has been subbed off in each of the last 2 weeks. In 50-60 minutes most weeks, Capewell likely averages 40ish. Also plays origin, which means he was a trade out ahead of round 13 anyway.

Then we have tossers like Rhinoceroo ribbing about playing Capewell in your 17 each week when scoring badly, then justifiably trading him. Time for the shit to stop, going to be calling you out when acting like an idiot.
