Kevvie said that the halves need to step up or they're both dropped after this week
Bit of concern for Milford owners
Unrelated, Staggs been offered a contract by Titans for more money and he can play 5/8th if he wants

Plus I like round numbers
Welch’s BE in game is 29.
Having said that for most rounds hitting the BE still means losing a little cash. Depends on the avg score for the round I think.

Not ideal but prefer that to leaking cash. It's why I still have Capewell, Welch, Turpin, Lam. Overall underperforming to expectations, but really need clear upside in who I trade in

Yes that was the information coming into the season, which people make decisions based on. As soon as this wasn't the case, the reason to have Capewell in the team wasn't valid any more, so he became a trade out.
Again it comes down to making valid decisions based on the information available at the time, both to have him in the team and trading him out when he wasn't getting the role that was needed to hold his place in the team. What happens after you make a good decision, based on the information available at the time is beyond your control, such as 2 injuries at Panthers, which led to 80 minutes for Capwell and a try during the period that he has been subbed off in each of the last 2 weeks. In 50-60 minutes most weeks, Capewell likely averages 40ish. Also plays origin, which means he was a trade out ahead of round 13 anyway.
Then we have tossers like Rhinoceroo ribbing about playing Capewell in your 17 each week when scoring badly, then justifiably trading him. Time for the shit to stop, going to be calling you out when acting like an idiot.
Think Matt copped it a bit hard on this one.
I personally didn't start with Capewell because they had 3 rep quality second rowers that all needed minutes, but 1 week with a couple of injuries and a try doesn't make him suddenly a good fantasy pick

Sleeping, my friend.
Probably too early in the morning for me to say, but it looks like one league

Hope you've got a raincoat handy, gonna make you so wet with the spray I give you when Cotric gets his banner this week. Could even be enough for me to fire up the old paint and put forward my own submission.Welshy wrote:

3 points but it feels like 20.
Nothing worse but if he went from 30 to 27

Wow! Has it ever been pointed out to you?! Do you make people feel smart by them saying things like, 'molly duker hey" or "I have a friend who writes like that" or "left handers are so creative" or my favourite "are you left handed?"?
The strangest one I ever got is “oh you’re left handed? What side of the bed do you sleep on?”
You are left handed? Explains why you are shit at Fantasy.

I mean for some broncos halves, 3 points could be an entire half of footy. Quite a big update in that context.Mighty Fishes wrote:

I thought it was 34 so that’s another win then if he actually beat it

Mulvy wrote:Can't help thinking that Turpin is a turnip. I've been going over the stats, and whilst I think he's a hold, can't get out of my mind that Egan is a better prospect than Turpin. No fancy stats analysis, just feel Egan goes five points more than Turpin for cheaper. No idea of numbers, but I'll say as a guess, Turpin 48, Egan 53. Worth a trade though. ... Hmmmm. Maybe not
I get the same feeling.
I was looking at this yesterday and came out with pretty much the same result.
I think Turpin settles on about a 50 average, Egan probably 5 points higher (and $77k cheaper).
If they both score 50 this week, that gap closes to Egan being about $50k cheaper.
Bulldogs should provide a bit more attacking upside potential for Turpin, than Egan should get against the Raiders?
I'm probably going to wait a week and be chill like Lando Calrissian
But then again Lando does like a gamble
