Milford confirmed playing on the left, and Dearden confirmed on the bench as utility.

Kind of makes me want to trade both Milf and Turpin out.

Now it's like trade Turpin and Milf or Tino and Lam? Holy shit!

Dearden on bench doesnt really change things for me re turpin or milford. It does annoy me as a broncos fan because its such a cop out way of making a change or sparking something different

Hopefully turpin goes hard again. Thats when hes best. Last week it was very noticable how much he was trying to conserve to play 80 and it affected his game.

If milf is shit enouh to be hooked then its probably better than him continuing to go backwards in score after 60 mins lolol. Might get a 25 instead of a 21.

I'm definitely giving Milf another shot. There's possibility for attacking points against Bulldogs. he just needs to put in more than the 5% effort he put in last week.

Turpin will get another shot. as long as there aren't 30+ errors in the game he shoul dbe able to at least tackle his way to break even, and can try and deal with him next week.

Am I the only god damned forum member who believes with all his heart Milf is going to score >90 tomorrow?

If for no other reason, strength of team would say trade Turpin and Milf.

Broncos have a horror run the next few weeks after this game, 4 of the top 5 sides.

The thing with Dearden being on the bench (for Turpin) that sucks is that most likely Dearden comes on in the 60-65th minute (this is what they did last year) and plays out the game at hooker. It would be much more efficient if they went Dearden on at 30 minutes and then Turpin back on at around the 50-55 minute mark.

That way Turpin gets the first 30 minutes to go hard out, then gets a 30-40 minutes rest with half time and then gets the last 25-30 to inject himself back into the game.

Turpin can score well enough in 65 mins even against decent sides that he's not such a worry. Haas and Lodge back should help with our middle defense as well.

Milford huge problem against Storm/etc though. He's on the chopping block but i don't see the point in pulling the trigger this week.

I'm thinking actually Tino and Lam this week and Milf and Turpin next week. Might be able to get Haas next week.

Is there any actual source saying Dearden will be on bench or is it just speculation?

    Straight from the coaches mouth.

Asiata is out, bit beat up and needs a week off. Which is also why he didnt come back after half time last week.

I am of the firm belief that Tino is cracking a 70+ this week... and then goes on a run of 50's.

He was BOG last week and it won't be long until that converts across to fantasy. Cowboys are absolute shit and Tino will have a lot of fun on Sunday arvo. The game is there for him to be a 50+ scorer. If he can maintain the 60 minutes a game and get rid of the missed tackles it is there for him

Thats the best hold Tino argument I have seen.

Hmmm...that is indeed intriguing, and very convincing.
