Don’t know if it’s been brought up, but the Matt John’s interview with John Quayle was a great watch. Gave me goosebumps seeing that old footage and Tina Turner’s involvement. What about the Dallas Donnelly biff (knee to the head, then knocked the bloke out cold) and the newtown player dropping a bloke on his head, suplex wrestling style. Lol. Loved it. Cheers Slug.

I've read some people say that Blocker is there to appeal to the older generation of footy watchers, the 'back in my day' types who think the game has gone soft.

At least Blocker is enthusiastic. Braith just whinges about everything and anything for 80 minutes.

    Cheers brother

Good point on the job security of SOS though long term. But taking into account BE and scoring potential then Schuster first cab off the rank this week if I didn't bring him in last week, aside from Swalker.

Honestly it's a decent ploy by FOX re the older generation. As one of said generation, I much prefer the younger brigade personally, but I get why they persevere with him.

These are some good points I hadn't considered. My Dad might like Blocker, I've never asked, normally we talk about the football instead. Don't care for Braith, but if we're talking about people who constantly talk about how shit the game is, Gus Gould surely gets the Daly M points.

I wonder if our favourite cow is in bed yet and I can gif away? Also, is it "Jiff" or "Giff". Pretty sure* I know the answer.

*Not even a little bit sure.

Edit: Could have said Liddle instead of little. Bah! Amateur hour!

Just realised, I don't need the Cow's permission (yep drunk Mulvy still gives capital C for cow for proper noun and apostrophe of possession) for gifs, it's almost page 51 time!

I think I’m going with L. Croker to S. Walker and Averillo to Momirovski. I need to really try conserve trades soon, but my team looks a bit better already with these trades!

My question is out of Leniu, Alvaro, Liddle and S. Walker I have to leave one of them out, who would you leave out?

Probably Leniu out of those 4. Against Manly though, so will probably crash over 1st or 2nd touch like owners have been anticipating.

Alvaro's the other main candidate I'd consider leaving out. Probably more consistent than Leniu, but the latter having the boom factor I guess? Leniu plays first, so can probably fudge him in after the fact willingly or unwillingly yeah?

Liddle has the highest ceiling imo. Walker an unknown, but with the big wraps and possibility of good KM, I'd have to play him too.

It so quiet around here at the moment, I thought it would be more like party central?
