Teddy was the only player in my team who lost cash (-20k)
Some of the early cash making slowing down as some underpriced keepers start getting closer to their actual price. Also I didn't get the 80k bump from Papenhuyzen.

Looking for Walters, Schuster, and O'Sullivan to keep the cash generation flowing next round.

    Walters??

Vaughan worth a look with R13 in mind? Usually good for 50s and a bit of a discount on his starting price.

I'm not an experienced player, but I think points over cash is a good principle to prevent sideways or even backwards trading.

But I'd also say last year was the perfect storm for a more aggressive approach - 5 less rounds, no byes/origin management to consider, etc. Even then, plenty of fast starters still crash and burned and some slow starters still finished really high up the ranks.

I think it's a very complicated question and a good one to discuss though.

plus extra trades.....twice (although the first time was sorta legit)

I know everyone will miss him, but I've had to give Freddy and his derpy face a bit of a spell. Mini and Carney should do the trick for the next year or so.

Completely forgot about it being TLT today lol - normally the case after the Easter Monday game when it just feels weird team lists are out the very next day.

To kill some time, I was curious as to who everyone's favourite player to watch is. Not fantasy relevant, just wondering who everybody loves watching play. Personally I really enjoy watching Teddy and DFifi play.

    Horse* - 150 metres, 1 try, 1 linebreak

    *Raiders won 60-20 over Newtown

Just in regards to this I'd like to mention I did watch the Magpies v Eels game. Leilua didn't show me anything different than what he's been dishing up. He was at his lazy best but fortunately for him he was a man playing against boys.

Round 5 looks good for a spread of Captain options. Gees there could be 6 or 7 cricket scores this weekend.
Cleary (no matter who he plays)
    Paps v Dogs
    Teddy v Sharks
    Fifi v the broken Knights
Lazy Fatrell v Broncos (if desperate to catch up)
Brooks v Cows (if you are both desperate and just plain nuts)

Does this make Ah Mau a viable mid? I need one, but how long is AFB out?

Normally I’d say Teddy or Cleary, but I always own them so Fifi as it’s my first year playing him so makes watching him all the more enjoyable!

Another point to consider about 2020 fantasy is they have everyone bonus trades half way through the comp.

A bunch of people had got to the top by trading aggressively, and there were a bunch of people below them who had conserved trades and were ready to pounce. Then everyone got a free hit out of the blue and the top teams were able to fix their mistakes.

Maybe a bunch of them would have been able to stay at the top anyway, but some got very lucky

AFB's knee looked fkkked after the game. NRLPhysio showed a photo of it and it legit looked like he had a second knee cap under his actual knee cap. NRLPhysio said it's either a contusion which is 1-3 weeks or a fracture which is 4-6

No update on the injury but he played on for a while so it's probably not super long term

    also

    JTB back next week
    Bunty back after two weeks

Both of those guys started before him
