Looking at guys like Campbell Graham playing centre makes me think why you blokes have never tried it with Oates? Big body ball runner, can break a tackle, alright defender, doesn't have the pressure of catching any high balls, dangerous out of his own end (if he can hold the ball), another contest in the air on attacking sets (Lomax-esque).

With a BE of 22 I'll hold this week. You're right in saying he's not likely to see an increase in minutes barring injuries but this season has already shown that injuries are gonna be a thing.

I haven't made any trade this week and only made three for the season so far so have a very itchy trigger finger at the moment but seems like it's worth a hold for at least one more week.

I'd only grab Lussick for a cash grab so as to make a move next week but at $290k+ there's isn't enough between he and Leniu for me to substantiate that trade

With this AFB news what are we expecting from Jazz? His price is very tempting, could be a really nice upgrade for someone like Alvaro for my team. Will be keeping a close eye on him tonight!

I wasn't against trying this in pre-season. Not sure if they have actually given it a go on the training field. His biggest problem would be defensively, doesn't have much in the way of decision making.

Niu has been reasonably surprising though, and Farnworth is good. Every position is problematic at the moment I guess..

I think there's Liddle chance. Don't think he has the fitness, plus the injury history means we'd just be asking for trouble.

Rd 1 is the only time he's played 70+ and that was with Doui suspended, Mbye 5/8 and Packer + Talau on the bench.

I'd pencil him in for at least 50 mins, but closer to 60 and a 45 average.

I'd only play him if I anticipated him carving up the Cowboys. Which I do. So I would.

Yeah I guess, you do have Herbie who is killing it and Tesi isn't doing anything wrong, plus Kotoni coming back, probably no where for him.

*if Coates catches that ball Broncos go on to win last night!!!! You heard it here first

Come over and join us on the dark side! In Supercoach there are no kick metres, and if it goes dead in goal it’s considered an error! Crazy, I know!

Liddle at the crossroads right now. To continue mirroring Mahoney's 2019 season he will need to start playing 80ish as of this week!

The planets have aligned. Kepaoa was bad. Mbye to centre. MCK onto the bench for insurance. You can do it Jacob! Push on!!!!!

He had a deliberate cut in minutes last season, down to 47 minutes from 55 average in both 2018 and 2019. That was despite the team being short on quality forwards last season. Has averaged 45 minutes so far this season, would be surprised to see him go back over 50 minute average this season.

Thinking Welch to Haas? I could probably make it happen,  but damn expensive; ties up all resources making it hard to get in value plays like Moses, Fogarty etc.

Still leaning towards the downgrade option to Lodge allows upgrades to Croker, Liddle etc

I'll probably have to wait until after the round to figure it out. Could cop an injury or suspension that makes the choice for me

I'd love to see it, but I think a hard swerve in the opposite direction is more likely Laughing

MF's theory of MCK on for Liddle and Mbye to HK sounds plausible. Or the rumours of Simpkin a late in.

Odds very much against Liddle playing 80 or even 70.

People must have great depth to consider leaving Liddle out. 48.5 average after 4 rounds against a clear bottom 4 side isn't leaving my bench.

Even if you take out his 36 points in tries + LBs, he's still averaging 40.5. Take that every day at this stage of the season.

    Random Cowboys Post!

I have just had a lengthy discussion with someone at work (cowboys supporter) and we have come up with a solution for next year. Cowboys should have some decent money next year with Molo, Clifford, McGuire all on their way out next year and now Morgan retiring. Drinkwater is on his last year of his contract so I am sure they will want to lock him up and then guys like Granville, O’Neill, Hampton, possibly Jensen may not get re-signed. So they should have some money. If they can get Reynolds I reckon they could get him for about 650K a year if they are gonna offer 3 years. Then cows can use the lure of Reynolds, Val, Lolo, Drinkwater to lure more players. I think Dearden can be signed pretty cheaply but I reckon they need another damaging middle as their backs are okay and can be worked with. Guys like Fitzgibbon, Jazz, Capewell, Watson are all off contract next year and I think can be signed around the middle of the pack. We also think that Lolo needs to move to an edge. He needs to be running at halves and smaller second rowers/centres instead of running at guys like Yeo, RCG, Paulo, Taupau, Jurbo. Line up next year

Drinkwater, Val, Esan, Hamiso, Feldt, Dearden, Arey, McLean, Robson, Burr, Hess, Taumalolo, Jazz/Watson, Cotter, other, other, other

You can have Dearden. I'll give Reynolds 750k to come to the Broncos.
