That 2017 season was special from him. One of the great Cowboys imo.

    - made 41 tackles in back to back weeks and if he can manage even 35 points until Verrills is back that nets him 150K
    - Good cash grab
    - If selling Leniu would sit in EMG anyways (where Leniu currently is)
    - Allows upgrade to gun in the next couple weeks
    - playing for Roosters has the opportunity for a try, lba, ta here and there

Wouldn’t it just as good to get Verrills in now and bypass Lussick altogether (use him as a looper) if you aren’t planning on playing Lussick in your 17. This takes away all risk of injury or not making that 150k.

Do Roosters/Cowboys get cap relief for medically retiring Friend/Morgan or does that only apply to Souths Sydney?

Liddle at the crossroads right now. To continue mirroring Mahoney's 2019 season he will need to start playing 80ish as of this week!

The planets have aligned. Kepaoa was bad. Mbye to centre. MCK onto the bench for insurance. You can do it Jacob! Push on!!!!!
Liddle is just warming the No 9 jersey for Simpkin(s) -he is the next big thing and who is killing it in CC. I am still confused by Simpkin and Simpkins.

Loved how Reynolds showed Souths his value last night. He is one of the best kickers in the comp! That cross field kick TA was all class.

I believe you got a Morris brother and a discounted SBW last year?
A rule change to play a 17 year old this year

What were you thinking? Folau for depth? Smith?

Though if you can clear Friend/Cordners salary this year that should free up about 500k total off your books

Souths are allowed to medically retire someone who then signs for another club

I'm honestly considering this if a cash cow has peaked and there's no good cheapies as cash out options.

He'll 100% have the spot when he comes back and you can probably make do with a red dot for about 2-3 weeks.

I'll just wait for Verrills instead.

Sure if you want a red dot for another possibly 6 weeks, a risk buying someone injured
It's not like injuries take longer to heal sometimes or have setbacks (which is currently happening in this situation)
Will need to get back up to match fitness and was technically meant to be already back a couple weeks ago

    This was yesterdays update

Think I'll have to find a way to squeeze him in as the only bloke capable of rivalling Cleary

EDIT: Priced around 915-920k will make it difficult

It would be great to get Haas soon. Another player I think could rival Cleary this season is Grant.
Haas is a must have in the MIDs though

We got lucky, we only got Matulino’s over the line because Souths needed one or two at the same time.
