Same here when I’m watching Raiders. Otherwise, I have app open often.

I love posting during games, except Cowboys where I wait until we are being flogged. Which is getting earlier and earlier in the game each week.

It got me watching more games. I'll watch at least 3-4 of the games now. Before it was only Warriors

Yep and so many things that matter to the outcome of the game but have no fantasy impact means I'm in a completely different mindset. I want to see who's putting pressure on the kicker, whether the marker pushes across to cover the inside or is lazy, of anyone is sniffing around for an offload just in case etc, that's the shit I'm cheering for when I care about a game. I want to see if Rapa partially slips a tackle and gets a quick play the ball, but don't give a toss if he slapped a few hands off running sideways before that.

Hahaha when I know the boys have lost, the only consolation I have is if my players get a decent score. Double whammy if they suck at both lol

BREAKING: Craig Fitzgibbon has all but agreed to coach the Sharks in 2022.

Waiting on a commitment from Cronulla re coaching staff.

Notified senior Roosters officials over the weekend that he intends to take it.

Just wow - Honestly, John Morris has done a great job with the squad he has.
He's managed to debut a lot of young footballers without having a down year.

I guess the club management must believe they have a top 4 roster?
They'll probably decide in a few years that they want him back...

I know he is highly regarded, but from the outside looking in, and what Morris has done with what's at his disposal... it looks 'like for like' swap hope it improves significantly. What else could Morris have done.

Yup, this here. Their 1st choice half is injured. Their premium prop is barely fit enough to make the 17. Their promising CTR took roids. Moylan has never performed to the standard he needed to. D- Sharks management

How about some centre talk, everyone’s favourite topic!

    Birdy and the Jets:

Roberts is up against Wright, Lemuelu, and Taulagi who leaked 5 tries last week. Madge would be mad to not have a gameplan that involved throwing a lot of traffic to the Cowboys right edge. Cowboys are a rabble right now and the Tigers have at least looked slick in parts this season.

Bird facing Lane, Niukore, Ferguson- a much harder defensive opposition and a danger to giving up a few MTs marking the much larger Niukore. Dragons recent success has been against bottom teams and a castrated Knights squad, I expect a sharp bounce back to reality when the Eels show the gap in where the teams are at.

    Verdict:
In a vacuum I think Bird is the better fantasy option, but despite us always discussing how the draw is inconsequential, I am backing Roberts to get in on the action in a team scoring points rather getting dominated. His individual matchups are more promising whereas Bird’s look quite challenging, and that was enough to get me across the line.

Hmmm, if a decent cheapie pops up next week I might be able to do Tino + Moylan to Haas + cheapie. Would need to downgrade Moylan by about 110k to free up the cash. Would be nice.

Unbelievable. Coached his side to two top 8 finishes and inherited a metric fuck tonne of baggage from poor decisions by management in the past.

At least Bird will have the ball passed to him...
Probably ends up as a 32 point dead-heat between them (though secretly I'm hoping for 64 points each)

In fact reading some of the posts and remembering the corresponding incident/player’s scoring in the match is one of the highlights of the evening. So thanks to those who do post through the matches.

I do the same except for Sundays where I keep note of the scores if there is a tight H2H battle going on.

PS:Yesterday SWalker's fall from grace and then the rise again to be the God among humans was a highlight for sure.

Lets be honest the sharks roster is mud compared to the top 6, they are a middle table roster and he has them performing slightly above that, Has the potential to blow up in their face Sieboldt style.
