Fantasy aside, it’s nice to see the Dragons looking hungry. Obviously 4 wins in a row is great, but just stoked by the effort as much as the results. Thought we’d turned the corner versus the Cows, but couldn’t really confirm until the Knights game. And tonight was probably their best performance since 2018. Dunno how recruiting Broncos players from 7-8 years ago is working but all hail Hook.

On another note... I think Teddy is due a banner

Just for those non-Teddy owners leading in the rankings

Thanks matt I missed that game. Will most likely be a hold in that case but straight swap to Jazz is tempting with AFB out long term.

He needs to get out on the wing, waiting for a Walker magic ball.

1049 for me. Rank dropped pre updates from 1616 to 1900.

Jet really hurt me plus Teddy, Laurie, Watson and Riki all scored below 45.

Turns out going with Alvaro was the right call.

Even though Sam Walker went very well he won’t be scoring a try and 3 try assists every week. He isn’t goal kicking or kicking much in general play. His base seems to be low to mid 20’s so I’d be very nervous playing him against Storm next week. May need to play Uto or Leniu.

Re Roberts 100percent he’s dropped next week but I’m gonna hold him and just run with Momo and Niu.

I think I'm mad for considering Ben Hampton as a trade in. With Morgo retired and Clifford off to the Knights, there's not really a whole lot of people to challenge his spot though.

Yeah Walker really needed a huge set of attacking points just to get to 51. He'll definitely keep up some decent attacking stats from week to week just because that's his game but he'll probably struggle to stamp his mark on the game against the Storm.

A total score of 5000 (avg exactly 1000 a week) would see you just outside the top 800 for overall rankings.

Points are very high this year. 1000 is no longer an achievement, you can't compete without it

Haas if I can afford him.  Still playing coin goat lottery with Fui/Alvaro each week so if not Haas will look to see what MIDs I can get in. Maybe someone is bottoming out nicely.

With Hoy gone I have no WFB backup, so perhaps get TTrbo or maybe Brimson in and move Laurie to NPRs. Laurie is not final 17 quality, and I think RTS/Latrell are out of range at the moment.

Keeping an eye on Roosters hooker news in case something turns up there

Moses will be tempting, but positionally is not useful right now.

Think I'm in the same boat as you. There's a few fallen guns out there that arent in ideal positions.

Fingers crossed a cheapie pops up that allows me the cash to get Haas.

Getting Haas in early could be a massive play. He could be a bit of a pod that others aren't able to get in for a while. If he misses out on origin which he could do, that would be huge aswell.
