Some bumper scores out here. Gonna be interesting to see what options we have post lockout. Can't see how I could crack 1100 if I can't do it with Cleary, Fifita, and Pappy.

If Roberts could update to 11, that would win me 2 H2Hs...

The real travesty of Dally M voting this week was Fifita getting only 2 points. Was the best player in the comp this week. Appalling from Scott Sattler.

Granted I hit 1000 but that seemed like a cluster fuck of a round.
So many question marks haha

Seriously tempted to make a sideways trade this week.
Munster to Fogarty allows me to go Tups to Haas. I’m never comfortable going sideways though

It's wild that a 1k+ score is almost irrelevant now. Miss the good old days when high 800s was great this eaely in the seasoneasytiger wrote:1000 and soixante-neuf

1086. If I only Niu Jet would score 8, I could have hit 1100. As always, congratulations to everyone who did extremely well this round.

Moved from 12858 to 7551 overall, looking a bit more respectable for someone playing in League 1.
Hopefully Papenhuyzen will have a few quiet games in the next couple weeks

Scored 1099 with Jet's 8 and averillo on the bench.
Have Jet, Freddy Lussick and Brandon Smith as problems. Probably BSmith to Tevaga and Lussick to cash cow and play averillo. I'm a tradeaholic.
Hurts to have traded Turpin and Welch before Smith but those trades involved picking up Ipapali and Papenhuyzen so can't complain.
Would have a bumper team if went with:
Latrell over Teddy
Townsend over LAM etc etc

Re: NRL Fantasy 2021 Part 33 - Was that the best round in the world? No it was just a tribute!
I'm pretty set for the rd 13 bye round, I'd like to get Moses and Koro once they bottom out, no trades for me this week.
I won't waste trades on CTRs I will work with Bird, Roberts, and Niu.
Now to follow MS's game plan:
Rounds 6-10
Preparing for the byes it will feel like your team is going nowhere as you general hold ranks while those around you grab guns or the latest cow, this is generally the most boring part of the season. Basically sitting tight waiting for cows to mature and waiting for any guns with low scores to bottom out. Prioritise round 13 gun, but if you get a round 17 keeper on a silver platter you want to take them. This period is mostly about conserving trades with your set team. You should have a watch list built of players that are under priced with a potential increased role over origin, or origin keepers that you will target.
Minimum trades used 2, maximum trades used 5. Trades remaining 21-28

Great point.
Unless he's dropped I won't be shipping out Roberts because he got 8.

I ran without Papy knowing the risk. I would love a week where Teddy guns it and Papy has a quiet one.

I didn't see a whole lot of the game, so can't really comment on his effort. Scores of 37 and 38 in the two weeks prior 'without really doing anything' though... its a frustrating one to be served up an 8 while other blokes in similar range score 50+
Averillo scoring 60+ in NPR's and the Dogs play the Cowboys next Sunday afternoon. I'll probably just chance my arm on Averillo. That still leaves me playing Niu at the other ctr against the Panthers though.. yuck. I'm starting to think Bird is the word..
I probably need to do something with Brandon Smith this week. Two weeks in a row he's played low mins due to caution and then illness, but it leaves me in a tricky spot on who to move him to.

Tigers were awful for a lot of the game, and when they get going they just go the other way a lot. And he's not the kind of CTR that will go find the ball, be busy.
Would say Bird is a decent trade-in, I already have him, and will coin toss Niu and Roberts I guess.

Toying with the idea of turning Simo into Hampton. Should only cost around 40K, spot seems secure and will start making some coin. CTR/WFB DPP too. Avo another option but don't want to spend more than I have to.
