The previous game he came off after 35 and returned with 30 to go. I think that's his best rotation.

I think they may have been looking to prevent the late first-half fade (where the Bronco's have dropped off and conceded easy points).
To that extent it worked great going into the half - they were still in the contest, ahead even.

Whether that needs to be Haas (I can imagine the team gets a bit of a lift with him on the field) or could be Lodge if he keeps up the intensity.

Obviously it's less ideal from a Fantasy point of view, but the Broncos probably care more about 2 competition points than 70 Haas fantasy points (the selfish pricks)

Anyone who has played the game knows you don't even get hurt when you just get a harmless clip in the head like Dearden did & there is no damage. The charge asserts it was dangerous but I don't see it as dangerous at all.

I copped a "harmless" clip in the back of the head on Sunday and have been off work all week with concussion symptoms.

The hit was late and it crept up high on a player who has just kicked the ball. Precedent is that they're always going to come down hard on players doing that.

I agree, the bronco's pack has the potential to be one of the best with the talent they have. They looked consistent last night, not many unnecessary errors and offloads. Croft adequately did his job. You would think Walters just wants them to get the basics right, opportunities will come, both Bronco's tries came from doing the basics right, nothing fancy.

I do think they overplayed the "bomb To'o" thing. Sure, you got some success but it's probably best not to have that as your ONLY gameplan.

Whatever Cleary is now. I think he is only the second player to break 1 million. Cook was the first a couple of years ago and I think Haas came close but didn't quite get over the line (got to 998 or 999 I think) but Cleary is definitely the most expensive

So what they genuinely have to do, and im not being sarcastic.. is say all kickers cannot be tackled or have pressure put on them in any way. Momo's example last night was a good clean example, yet even Nrl fans are now accepting it was an illegal shot. Will we all follow and love the game when it becomes Oztag ?? How the hell will it be scored in Fantasy !

Pretty sure it's Cleary this week, soon to be broken by Cleary next week.

Haha, same as the way the media have jumped on and 50% (choose ur %) fans follow and agreed that it is so amazing 'the gap' in quality between teams this year, like we havent had the same thing each year for yonks. Part of sport and every sport for that matter.

Nathan Cleary, whatever he costs right now, about to be replaced by Nathan Cleary whatever he costs next week.

Its not an incredibly useful stat, because several years ago the salary cap was only $4million, and even guns cost less than shitty bench players can cost nowadays. they've also been adding scoring categories over the years so scores are creeping higher too.

Cleary is currently scoring higher than any player ever has though, even accounting for changes in fantasy points.

You can tackle a player without tackling his legs or hitting his head.

Hope you get better soon my bro. The back of the head is softer than the front so it makes sense re your concussion symptoms. You see a lot of players get knocked out with the whip lash when they hit the ground with the back of the head. The front of the head has more protection.
